A request for advice! I'm graduating tomorrow...and honestly? Terrified! Adult world, here I come. What can I do to cope w/this?

Hello!! Ive never actually gotten a request for advice so this is super exciting!!! So first of all, felt. But congratulations on graduating!!! Youve made it through that first big chunk of schooling and no matter how it went you should be proud you did it at all!!! Secondly thought, thats totally understandable. When i first graduated i was frought with anxiety on how to handle the rest of my life. But guess what- you dont HAVE to do that. Listen, you have so so so much of your life ahead of you. Its okay if you dont have everything planned down to the letter. Whether youre going to college and you may not know what your major is or youre not n you're trying to find a job to support yourself. Nothing good will come from fretting over it. Take some deep breaths, drink some water &/or a warm beverage of choice, and just revel in your life and the options that are open to you. Think about some things youd LIKE to do, then build bite-size plans on how to get there! If youre someone who likes things to be more organized and planning makes you feel more comfy create some short-term and long-term goals for yourself! Keep them loose enough for wiggle room for whatever life decides to throw your way. Find some fun hobbies or book series (whether theyre novels or webcomics), or shows to immerse yourself in when you start getting overwhelmed!!! Keep in contact with your friends!!!!! I joined an online dnd group and not only did it give me a wonderful hobbie but a group of delightful and kind people as friends. The main coping mechanism i can give you to cope with being Adult? You are still you. Youre just older now. Its okay to take things slow and its okay to still feel how you did before. You dont need to change, you can take your time and just enjoy being you. Because thats a wonderful thing to be 💙 you have an entire life ahead of you to figure things out- you dont gotta get ahead of yourself my m8!
