the one and only mx. ryn lunerath!! was my d&d character but i got so attached to them that i literally started building an original fantasy world around them because they deserve it. they've been with me since 2021 and they mean the world to me 🥹

eris aerglo & arnon roots in a tie because picking one over the other feels like a crime. they're ryn's disaster adoptive parents whose backstories i have developed a ridiculously detailed amount, to the point where i had to make a fnaf theory-style timeline of where they were and what they were doing at various points in their lives

april mcfly, my back to the future oc!! it's been a while since i did stuff with her, but i'm still super proud of her design and the things i created about/surrounding her!! <3

soléy jones, a character i have yet to talk about on this blog!! she's a character i've put in multiple story concepts/attempts at creating screenplays, a late discovered/diagnosed autistic girl and freelance artist just trying to understand herself and the world around her, all while falling for her cute english literature teacher roommate (also autistic). i've got to draw a full ref of her sometime!

Yaaay another one of these!! There are so many muses I could talk about, this is great. Thank you!

So another one that I played a very long time ago that I've been considering bringing back or experimenting with idk is Lucious Aerglo Vulcan...This one is so old that the note in my phone that I have on his background is from 2018, but he's literally so fleshed out and was so fun to play while he lasted... So buckle up buttercup this is a big one. I'll try to keep it as brief as I can.

Full Gelidan name: Lucious Aerglo Vulcan

Adopted Earthen name: Constantine

Nicknames: Connie, Connor, Costel, Dean, Conn, Teeny, Costin, Cee

He's a soft boy with a dark side, his race is Gelida, which I'll get to in a minute because that's also a creature I made up for this character. He's a scaredy cat, loves spicy food and dogs and all sorts of human things he never knew about before...Based on human diagnoses he has DID, Bipolar, depression, anxiety, ptsd, and adhd, though these are responses caused by the Void within him--more on that later as well.

Back to Gelida...Gelida are ethereal beings created within the celestial realms and, therefore, live outside the laws of time & space. Conn in particular has knowledge of the past, present, and future and can pass through dimensions/times with ease. He is also able to be in two places at once or teleport between positions without any noticeable shift in his position (it's instantaneous). Gelida are characterized by vibrant eyes that shift colours with their moods, soft/squishy/thin skin with an almost elastic feeling to it and a bright angelic glow. They are inherently the most beautiful creatures ever to exist. Their hair is unobtainabley soft, lush, and basically moves on its own along with their aura. I'll leave it at that because I have pages and pages of info on this species and their history/dimension/planet and I don't wanna write a whole novel here...Long story short, though, his realm was consumed by "The Void" and he is the only surviving Gelida and has been contaminated by the Void in his travel out of the destroyed realm.

Cos himself has these features, but at a much lower level due to prolonged exposure to Earthen light. The feature of his eyes changing colour is hidden from others by the glasses he has created out of celestial energy that contain a perception filter. He is mortal due to the combination of being consumed by the Void as well as his longstanding position in the Earthen realm.

The Void itself is the name given to the ultimate destruction of interdimensional existence. It was a star that exploded, died, and then reversed its process at the last second, taking everything in its path with it; similar to the black hole. Every dimension within Quantum (the inner celestial realm) now only exists within the Void--a place of darkness, madness, chaos, and entirely void of intelligent life. The only dimensions left in the universe are those in the outer plane, which includes Earth's dimension.

Since Cos is a dimension-travellor, this is how he both survived the Void and ended up becoming infected by it. The infection of the Void basically gives him a sort of split personality triggered by darkness/shadows or intense, emotional situations. Darkness also drains Gelida of their power and energy and can cause them to die if left without light for too long. Light is the main source of Constantine's life, the lack of celestial light the cause of his mortality

There's a lot more I could get into, but I think I've said enough so I'll leave it there. I honestly forgot how fleshed out this boy's universe was and now I'm thinking of writing a book or something out of it...so hopefully I haven't said too much. The only reason I stopped writing him was I used Mark Fischbach as his faceclaim and a lot of people don't like interacting with YouTuber faceclaims...which now that he's actually making a real movie maybe I can get away with it, you never know...We'll see what happens.

Have I ever posted any bit of art here on a blog meant for writing? I dunno and I don't remember but you're gonna get it now.

So this biggy Ocean Man™ is currently one of my few prides and joys. I have others I have yet to draw, but for now the focus is him. For those curious, Aero is pronounced as "arrow" or think about aerogel. As for the meaning of Aerglo, it is based off a natural lighting that happens within the atmosphere at night (aka airglow). No it's not the Northern Lights those are different all together. Also to clarify the Bytx species is owned by @hoodnot I don't own them but I love these borks a lot so now I'll expose you all to them cuz I can.

So some fun tid bits is Aero gained what is his void skin from the depths of the ocean. Bytx form their skin from darkened or abandoned places so his came from there.

He decided on his multi limbs due to noticing the crabs and isopods that scuttle along the bottom. Plus extra limbs help having a tighter hold on things since creatures at the bottom of the ocean tend to have smoother skin.

His patterning is based off how some species of anglerfish tend to have dots, but also if he was trying to lure something away from his head, the patterns would pulse towards the tip of his tail which is very much like a spear. With it being at the end of his tail, it also acts as defense and can be whipped around.

The long glowing tendrils act as a secondary sensor if his standard sight fails him while traversing the bottom. The little ball ends would even pulse if they touch something so he knows to avoid running into things since standard Bytx sight can't do much if there's nothing to see.

Aero is considered to be on the medium side out of the other sea creatures that live on the planet he spawned into. Only reaching 8 foot to his shoulder, his neck resting in a standard swan S adds an extra 5 feet (13 feet). But if he were to stretch out his neck straight up, he's a whopping 18 feet overall.

Due to having 4 arms, his chest is pretty wide which is very helpful in distributing the crushing pressure of the deep since the more surface area, the more balanced things are. Being at those depths also result in his void skin being naturally thick which makes it incredibly hard to pierce through.

Anyway that's as much as I can think of currently and he just exists as he do. I could go more in depth of things about him, but also I gotta wait for Hoodie to organize the Bytx lore so things can be explained.

AERGLO: The terms of the race, should you choose to accept them, are as follows: each racer will start behind the line as marked by the bandage. The players will take turns to be injected with suxamethonium which, as we all know is a-

XAELEST: Depolarising muscle relaxant. 

AERGLO: Very good.

DAKARAI: Nerd. 

AERGLO: The injected participant will proceed to run as fast and as far as they can across the Waiting Room before the muscle paralysis takes effect. At which point, we expect that they will collapse and our adjudicator will provide what I hope will be brief ventilatory support until the drug wears off.

I wanted to revisit and redesign/design some of my space god ocs earlier this year bc I think they just look so so cool We have Atlas, Aerglo, and the twins Calypso and Nova!! (i drew Nova in 2022 but I still wanted to include her with the rest of them :) )

They all represent different parts of space, Atlas created the space gods, Aerglo creates comets, Calypso creates hypernovas and black holes and Nova creates supernovas

Uuuh mm I'm deciding to share this cuz of why not. Mind you, the Bytx species belongs to @hoodnot! So all rights are reserved to him for it.

But say hello to Aerglo! Aero (arrow) for short.

Created from the void of the deepest parts of the ocean, Aero formed himself from observing the creatures with legs and how they function, meaning allowing himself to have a second set of arms that move upon their own. Though eating isn't necessary, he liked the way angler fish attracted their prey, so thus adapted it to his form. The spots n stripes are adaptations from the creatures around him, while the color of his soul shines through his void skin in various ways. All while his mane reflects the way light shines through the surface of the ocean.

Aero is an odd one with his way of wording things when speaking and living more in seclusion. With a home in the ocean, who knows what creatures he's seen. But living with himself does have side effects such as getting bored of the mundane. Traveling helps, but as a species that thrives off connections and bonds, it's hard to come across beings that are willing to or seem open in speaking to a paracausal being. So he travels about Earth while living his life in the ocean.
