Regressor!Phillip Graves Headcannons

He's just small kiddo bless him, 0-4 age range.

He denies that he needs to regress/that he does. "I'm a man I don't need stupid stuff like that to cope." (Yes. Yes he does.)

So emotional. Anything and everything can and will set him off.

^ Gets so emotional when alone. He needs a Caregiver to help ground him because he's just too small, he needs cuddles and to be held and told that he isn't bad.

He's a biter. This goes for clothes, toys, and even people. Clothes and toys are normally just because of his young age however people tend to be when he's upset about everything. He doesn't want to hurt anyone or be bad he just gets overwhelmed quickly and if someone is there it normally make that worse, his default reaction is to do something that will get them to leave. (Chances are no he doesn't actually want them to leave, he just needs support.) It's made so much worse by Graves knowing that he shouldn't, it's instinct. He doesn't know why he bites the hand that feeds him. He is in constant need of reassurance that he shouldn't have done it but no one is angry at him for it, no one hates him for a reaction that he couldn't control at the moment. He can't tell the difference between the hand that wants to help him and the hand that wants to hurt him..

He has a duffle bag that he keeps his little gear in. He also stores an oversized hoodie, the hoodie is large and makes him feel small, it's plain black and very comfortable, therefore it's very discreet. It's only real purpose is to initially hide his regression gear if the bag is opened.

Graves is terrified that people won't want to be around him anymore. He gets these thoughts at random and it will completely consume his thoughts until he's reassured otherwise.

Punishments really just can't be done, it triggers him. He needs someone to talk through whatever he's 'in trouble' for and explain.

He cannot be put into timeout he will hyperventilate and has got to the point of passing out before.

On a bit of a happier note he is the utter cutest just curiously toddling around, taking in his surroundings like it's the first time he's ever seen it. (Even if he's seen it a million times before)

When he's deep in his headspace he finds himself scared of Ghost. (It's the mask.)

He had a freakout once and the others (Soap, Gaz and Ghost) were in the room. They were all regressed and no-one knew what to do without a Caregiver there to help out, helping Graves was always hard but Gaz wanted to try and do something. Gaz gets hit a few times in the process of getting close to him but he is eventually able to calm Graves down, running his hands in the younger boys hair.

When it comes to hanging out with other Regressors Gaz is definitely his favourite to be around, he just knows how to calm him down.

Price is such a papa an I definitely thinks he knows all the best remedies to feel better.

He would gives you all the cuddles!!!

If you get sad or slip younger when sick (like I do) he will come up with brilliant ideas to distract you, this might be watching a movie or show or doing some low effort arts and crafts.

Makes you your comfort food.

He makes sure there are always tissues, a bucket, water. Anything you might need near by to where the two of you are camping out, be that bed or the sofa, he is prepared for whatever the situation.

Big time encourager of naps to help you get better.

Johnny 'Soap' McTavish

I feel like Soap would definitely makes lots of jokes to start with about not wanting to get sick from you but he would also then quickly go against anything and everything he said by cuddling up with you.

Plays/fusses your hair.

Soap has definitely messaged or phoned Price for advice before. "What medicine should I give them" vibes.

Trys to keep you excited, he doesn't want to to feel down whilst sick :(

When he realises your sick pretty much the first thing he does is go and get supplies. (He was not at all prepared and definitely panicked when you mentioned not feeling well.)

Simon 'Ghost' Riley

Ghost is very subtle with his affection. Now that's definitely not to say that he doesn't care but he is less out going about it over the others.

Sits with you, when you fall asleep he'll stay up for a while to make sure your definitely okay. Leaving a gentle kiss on your forehead once you've fallen asleep >

I feel like Ghost would make brilliant soup if you wanted it.

The definition of "you shouldn't be moving about so much if you're not feeling well kiddo. Why don't we watch something?"

He really just wants to make sure you're resting so you get better as soon as possible.

Kyle 'Gaz' Garrick

As for Gaz I definitely see him panicking a bit. Logically he knows you'll be absolutely fine but he hates seeing you sick and unhappy.

He basically just sticks by your side the whole time your sick.

He will bring small toys to where you're resting. (This has ended with you falling asleep with a few toys practically still in your hand as the two of you were playing before hand.)

Watching shows/movies on his tablet/laptop/phone. Again this usually happens until you fall asleep 😂

Caregiver!Alastor Headcannons 📻

A/N ~ Maybe I got a bit carried away and wrote more than normal 🤭. In my defense, I am sleepy, kinda regressed and really quite like his character sooo 🤷🏻

Understanding regression wasn't something that he immediately understood however he was willing to make the effort to learn.

^ Started off as a case as he wanted something to do for entertainment, therefore he came to the conclusion what would be more entertaining than filling a Caregiver role. He didn't have any bad or negative intentions but wasn't really focused on much other than the entertainment originally. Shortly after looking after a regressor for a while he realises that he actually enjoys the role more than he thought he would.

Although he doesn't really like physical contact for the sake of a regressor I feel like he'd be okay with it.

^ He is capable of lifting Regressors. (he is very strong 😌)

Charlie was literally the only one that trusted him with you, like at all.. Husk was the most cautious, always keeping an eye on you when he could.. Everyone is incredibly shocked as they all realise that Alastor does actually care.

"My Dear", "My Darling" & "Sweetheart" are his go to nicknames.

He is an amazing cook (Something he learnt from his mother) and I definitely see him genuinely enjoying cooking with a Regressor, it's a fun bonding activity!!!

Another thing he is amazing at that he learnt from his mum is sewing. Did your Plushie or clothes get a bit ripped? That's okay because Alastor can fix it and you won't even be able to see that there was ever an issue in the first place-!!!

No TV. He hates it.

^ He loves sitting with you and listening to music on the radio. So so calming.

^ Also dancing to the music together in his radio tower.

Another activity he loves is reading. Doesn't matter if it's you reading a story to him, or him reading to you. He loves it all the same.

Tea Parties with him and Rosie >>>

He has a very calming voice and will quietly sing/hum to help a Regressor sleep.

The absolute best at coordinating outfits (him, you and your stuffies of course!!!)

SO protective. Like, if he's not with you one of his shadow are.

His go to babysitters are Rosie and Husk. Rosie's his best friend (they are platonically married your honour) and he knows that although Husk doesn't like him between Husk never even thinking of hurting a regressor and the deal between the two of them he knows you'd be safe.

He has brought you to an overlords meeting before. Everyone (apart from Rosie obviously) was beyond baffled as this is not the Alastor they know. (You spent your time with Carmilla's daughters whilst the overlords all spoke 👍🏻)

He would occasionally let you nap on his lap in his radio tower as he broadcasts.

I feel like he's the type of Caregiver to store all artwork you do in a binder to keep it safe. (He will literally never admit this information.)

For Regressors with longer hair, he absolutely would be good at styling hair.

He can and will spoil you. He has powers which means he can literally summon objects, there is no way he isn't spoiling his little one with that ability.

I truly do not believe he'd be able to decipher baby talk. Will just stare at you like "👁️👄👁️"

Caregiver!Captain John Price

Paternal instincts are at max!!!

^ Definitely a more father caregiver role rather than a sibling one.

He is so so so protective!!! Like you will be so safe with him!!! <3

Will happily have you sit at his desk in his office with him so you can colour whilst he does some work!!!

Absolutely spoils you!!! What else should he do with his money 🤷 He doesn't normally find much need for it so why not spend it on things for you!!!

Absolutely loves reading/telling you stories!!!!!!

Loves nicknames!!! He likes using them and being called them. He thinks they are utterly adorable.

If you can't sleep he will happily play music quietly (as to not disturb anyone else - not that anyone in the 141 would care, they all love you)

I don't care what anyone says, I say he can sew (😂) and if you ever have a teddy or a blanket that needs to be sewed back together he can and will absolutely do it. - He will find time to do this no matter what.

Super playful caregiver, he loves playing games with Regressors. He also loves creating little games - (to suit a Regressors age <3)

He is willing to play any game or with any toys you want. Dress up? Sure, he'll make it work. Imaginative play? Absolutely!!!

He has placed his hat on your head multiple times!!! <3

In conclusion he is such a dad and I love him for that. <333

Caregiver!Charles Xavier Headcannons

A/N - No this was not requested but I wanted comfort from Charles

•Calls you Bunny, Little one, Darling, angel, sweetheart. (I feel like he would have a long list of nicknames that he uses.)

•As the headmaster of the academy he has rules, both you and Charles had sat down when you first opened up to him about your regression and made rules together on a coloured piece of card.

•If your a mutant in this situation he would make sure that you could control your ability and if you can't do that he would make sure that he can keep you and people around you safe.

•He trusts you greatly and is more than willing to be vulnerable around you, knowing it will show you that he feel safe around you as you should him.

•Charles is very particular about your safety, very few people are allowed to look after you without Charles there. I believe Charles would let Logan, mystique and potentially Erik (depending on his relationship with him at the time) look after you whilst he's not there.

•You and Peter became friends, Charles would supervise while the two of you hang out.

•Charles bought you a bunny plush (Like the one in the Moodboard I made)

•If you get overwhelmed easily, Charles knows how to help you. He has ear defenders on stand by for you.

•Honestly imagining having a movie night and pretty much everyone joining. Like everyone in the academy would gather round when is was time for a movie and would watch something.

•Charles would sometimes read you mind (mostly by accident) when it came to what movie you wanted to watch, due to you being too excited.)

•He gives the best hugs!! And he'd be amazing at comforting you in almost any situation.

•He wears jumpers that he know the fabric doesn't bother you for to allow himself to be as safe as a place for you.

•If you ever slipped during class I think Charles would have spoken with you before hand so you knew it was okay to slip and he'd catch you up on what you missed at another time.

•If there was a time that you couldn't slip he'd make it known and would allow you to slip at another time as soon as he could.

•Charles messing/playing with your hair or better worded Mystique basically telling him off for messing with your hair after she's just made it neat. 😂

•Overall Charles would be an amazing caregiver <3

Gaz is defo the coolest CG. He always has fidgets and has a sixth sense for knowing what you need. And this man, he makes AWESOME snacks. Even if it's just carrots and ranch he makes it seem SO tasty

Simon lets you stay up past your bedtime with him if he's working late. He has you on his lap and lets you color on his tattoos. He was a strict screentime rule though because he wants his kiddo to be active. Sometimes he’ll just walk by and slip the ipad from your hands!

Price, unlike Si is very strict with bedtime. His little needs to be rested. But he’ll take time to tuck you in and read you a bedtime story. He has a few old kids books from his childhood, they even still have “To John” written on the first page. (velveteen rabbit for sure)

And SOAP. He manages to match his little energy whenever. Your tired? No problem lets watch a movie and a have a chill day. Energy and wanna run about? Great! Park time! He comes up with the best games to entertain his little one and it's never a boring day with Soap. He also loves playing video games with you, he'll let you pick your Mario character first (even if it's his favorite)

All I can think of now is sitting with Ghost and him with so much discretion taking the screen away and it taking a solid ten seconds to even realise.

Gaz having a sixth sense for what's needed just makes so much sense to me 😂

Also Price reading a bed time story!!! Just yes. His voice is Incredibly calming, he has the best story reading voice!!!

I also feel like Soap just comes up with the most random ways to keep entertained too. Like he turns random things/chores ect into really fun games.

I now fully believe that he does this a lot. Foggy has walked into his apartment on multiple occasions to see Matt just sat on his counter top, just rocking back and forth and having wind down time.

He needs physical affection, he's massively touch starved and when regressed he actively seeks it out!!!

He has issues with trust and being regressed around someone means to allow himself to be extremely vulnerable I think the only people he'd truly feel safe enough around when regressed would be Frigga, Thor or Mobius.

I think he would use pacifiers however I don't see him using baby bottles, I do think he'd use sippy cups tho!!!

Caregiver!Lucifer Morningstar Headcannons

Okay so the first point I'd like to make is that he is so protective. Like you couldn't be safer than with Lucifer.

He'd be such a chaotic Caregiver. I don't see him really following any schedules, he may try for your sake but overall I think it will probably fail.

There's no rules. As long as you're safe there's no rules. Chloe tries to convince him to have rules for you. He instantly encourages you to break them.

Sticker charts (and due to the uh- lack of rules? Stickers are for whenever he decides 😂 which is usually quite often!!! You did something that makes him proud? Stickers!!!)

Lucifer is very playful!!! You want to run around the playground for a few hours? He'll absolutely join you!!! You're more calm and want to watch a movie? He'll happily watch something with you!!!

Omg he'd be amazing at reading stories!!! He'd do silly voices and faces if you want him to, he is so dramatic <3 (Here are a few links to Tom Ellis reading for CBeebies!!! One and Two. They are so calming!!!)

He can lift you up, he is absolutely strong enough.

Regressor!Farah Karim Headcannons.

If she regresses due to a negative trigger she normally regresses to about 2-3. Any other reason to regress usually means she's sitting about the 10 age range.

Emotional baby. 😭

She gets a lot of memories/flashbacks when regressed.

^ These can specifically be triggered by yelling, aggression/fighting and gunshots.

She doesn't trust many people when regressed. When it comes to people looking after her she really likes and trusts Alex and Price. (Before his betrayal Hadir was also deeply trusted)

When it comes to being around other Regressors she likes to hang out with Gaz (he treats her like a little sister no matter how old either of them are and it's adorable) and on occasion Ghost -> He's nice to be around because he's quiet.

Baths and showers and a nightmare when regressed as the water reminds her of being interrogated. 😭

Loves puzzles. (Will zone out half way through)

She'd enjoy listening to Alex in particular read Winnie The Pooh. *Little bit of self projecting there :)*

Had a super cute bunny plush, courtesy of Gaz being overjoyed at having another Regressor friend (was bought with Price's money 😂)

She also had a blanket with an elephant on it that Alex got her.

If she's comfortable she will fall asleep. She normally falls asleep with her head laying on Alex's leg/lap. (Or laying next to Gaz. Nap times become a mandatory activity for both of them)

She's an artist <3 Give her some paper and some colouring pencils and she is happy and entertained for ages.

Caregiver!Miguel O'Hara Headcannons

He's a very protective Caregiver, paternal instincts to the max. Like after Gabriella he'd always be worried about the possibility of something happening to you.

^ This would also cause him to be super nervous as a caregiver!!!

Despite his nerves he'd make an amazing caregiver!!! I mean, he's a Dad through and through!!!

Mostly calls you Spiderling or Niño (Child).

He has a few rules, all there to keep you safe. They are written on a white board in both your bedroom as well as his office? His work space? 🤷

Loves routines!!! They help him look after you!!!

He is a master at cooking, you will always have the best meals!!!

Absolutely adores cuddles!!!

^ likes when/if you fall asleep leaning against him/on his chest as he can see that you're safe. He needs to know you are there, I'm his arms, safe.

Lyla is the only 'person' who is allowed to babysit you. He trusts no one else to do so!!! (No matter if he may like Peter and Jessica he can't help but just not fully trust them with you!!!)

He loves spending time with you. It means the world to him!!!
