[Day 5] Here is a Thai Culture when it comes to drink in a local restaurant. They serve you with empty glasses and ice cubes in a small bucket. Normally, you need to put the ice and pour the water to the glass by yourself. However, if you eat in a fancy restaurant, the waiters may do it for you. I don't think there's a polite rule of who is the one who should 'arrange' the drinks for everyone in the table (like the younger one or so), anyone can volunteer on this act and it's a really nice culture. Personally, I think it kinda represents that you also care with other people by a simple thing such as serving the drink. Oh yeah, I also notice that Thai people usually only drink water or coke when they are eating. It's rare to see them drinking tea or other drinks while eating. NB : I'm not allowed to post about him anymore, and I do feel better.
