Aladra Truefury, Olmakhan Necromancer Sandshifter I might like Ali's new-old outfit a little bit too much... The dull colors suit a necromancer much better and look more like "natural" dyes the tribe in Atholma would probably use. (i'm very much obsessed with the color combo feathers+cape ._.)

Aladra Truefury in some different, pinkish colors! She never had them in-game though - the dyes didn’t match her well. She also recently switched her black-gray clothes to some dark turquise ones (as seen on more recent screenshots.) Doodle from October 2021... Just didn’t have a time to post it. Still wish I could scan it instead of taking a photo with my phone. And a small bonus:

So, Canthans have these “harbigners”, you say? Let me show them some oldschool sandshifting, then! Aladra wouldn’t pass a chance to visit the Empire of the Dragons with her father. She would also definitevely enjoy every bit of it... Well, spicy noodles probably more than any other thing in New Kaineng! {Finished the story with Yahuk last weekend. The plot is something different than what we usually got, I like it! Also, New Kaineng city is very, very impressive. Lots of wonderful landscapes everywhere. Thanks!)

Aladra Truefury, Charr Necromancer Ali has had a quite peaceful, happy life in Atholma - until the Inquest decided to build their enormous base on the island’s shore and her tribe people began to disappear. Although she has always been a cheerful one, these events unleashed a deep, internal anger, that fuels her to this day. She knew she had no chance to fight the asuran invaders alone... until Boticca escaped Rata Primus with the Pact Commander at her side. Silvanus Hawkclash, as she later learned, was her sire. Aladra was a cub when her mother, Shila Darkeye, escaped the High Legions cruel grasp in faith of finding a place where she can peacefully live without constant pointless war - and with her cub or, how it has later revealed itself, cubs - as a family.

After the battle, Aladra’s younger brother, an eager and curious young ranger, left Atholma with Silvanus, while the two females remained at the Sandswept Isles. The sandshifter helped to restore the natural landscape of the islands, fought last Inquest engineers and took her part in culling the number of Awakened. When her home didn’t need her help anymore, Aladra felt a bit... lost, and bored, now believing the life of the charr is a life of constant war. She couldn’t hunt efficently as a simple sandshifter, or help the villagers gather fish, but... the Ash Legion needed her. And even more so during the war with Bangar’s Dominion. With the help of her brother Severus Truefinder, she moved to Ascalon and joined his warband as Aladra Truefury. Because, you know, she might be young and new. But say one thing wrong about her and you will see, how true fury unleashes.

I’ve changed in-game name to match the story! In “canon” her only names were Aladra or Aladra Truefury. Aladra “Sharpgaze” is not part of it anymore.

Aladra, Olmakhan Necromancer Sandshifter 

Yea, a sandshifter, she shifts sands, yes... It’s definitely nothing related to death, or minions and necromancy, nooooo...

Aladra was raised by her High Legion mother, Shila Darkeye ( @hawkclash ), in Atholma. Since childhood she was interested in necromancy - poor Shila had to put up with her daughter’s good will aka. creating minions from Shila’s pets to cheer her up. Aladra might have been a loner, a bit of an outsider and “weirdo” because of her interests among the Olmakhan, but she was still loved by the others for her lovely and cheerful attitude. Since necromancy is something against nature, Aladra usually introduces herself as a sandshifter. Of course, those who know her, know what she usually uses for her advantage in battles - not only the sand shades, but also the foe’s life force to strengthen her own defenses. Oh, and she never creates minions. NEVER EVER. The horror on her mother’s and brother’s faces upon seeing her undead servants was traumatising.

Somehow I just found this post in drafts... I was sure I already added it xD Anyways, it’s a doodle from November 2019, of Aladra Sharpgaze - my necromancer, Olmakhan-raised daughter of two High Legion soldiers.

Aladra “Sharpgaze”

Ala was raised among the Olmakhan tribe by her High Legion mother, Shila Darkeye. She was always a bit of an outcast - black, “unnatural” clothing she made from scraps found among the sea shore, interest in necromancy - but was still liked among her people for her happy attitude and cheerfulness. It wasn’t until her late teens until she met her father - Silvanus Hawkclash (both parents belong to the best @hawkclash). He helped the eager young to get to Ascalon to see what life the most charr have to live.
