It’s so funny to me that yall are giving french first names to your De Sardet, like Michel or Philippe or Alain.

Because, really, in France, these are boomers names, our parents are named Stéphane or Thierry. We usually make fun of those names. Michel, particularly, is quite a ridiculous name for us!

So watching you guys calling a bad ass character like De Sardet Michel is SO HILARIOUS you cannot imagine.

#greedfall #alain de sardet #i have many thoughts on how he and ellise differ #like he's not actually a legate. he's not quite got the right temperament for it #honestly i dunno if he even got a title or official appointment from his uncle #maybe in his capacity as a court mage of some sort? having an experienced magic user handy could serve them well #but yeah i think he's got his own issues going on separate from the diplomacy shit ellise deals with #the revelation of their heritage is something he struggles with more than she does #mostly because she's good at compartmentalising and processing things in her own time #whereas he's just a very emotionally driven person who needs to deal with things openly but struggles to do so
