i've seen a few people make the argument that this whole situation is getting blown out of proportions and that most teams would make a similar decision if they had to and people would be completely fine if this was max being given checo's car for example and i just have to completely disagree. i will never be okay with a team giving a driver someone else's car. i understand that it's the best compromise for williams regarding points (though from a overall business perspective i would argue it's actually a net loss for them) but that does not make it in any way acceptable from a moral point of view.
