Took some inspiration from @alecsteele for this. I formed some sheet of steel to the forehead so that eventual eyebrows and hair can be attached with magnets giving the #fursuit the ability to change it's expression and hairstyle. I didn't have much idea what I was doing, but withn Ikea hammer and a 2x4 with a small dish dug in it, I was able to hammer the thin steel into a pretty good complex curve.
