I am finally almost completely caught up with Disney's Twisted Tales. I just started the most recent release, What Once was Mine. What if Rapunzel's mother drank a potion from the wrong flower? I'm only a few pages in but they started this story off different from any of the others already. It's set today, in our world and time. A 16 year old girl has cancer and her brother is spending time with her in the hospital. She's obsessed with Rapunzel and Tangled but he can't watch the movie or read the book anymore. Instead, he makes up his own story and this is it. I thought it was a unique and creative way to start a twisted tale unlike the previous ones. Have you read this recent release?
