just spent 20 minutes explaining to my therapist the life and plight of coach ben yellowjackets scott. this was a productive use of time btw bc he is like a best friend to me
#and then she was like ‘wait he’s a minor character????’#no but his existence IS cathartic to me#not only because he helps put my own relatively minor struggles into perspective#and also because I cannot think of another character who is both explicitly gay and explicitly disabled#even silver is not /explicitly/ bisexual (even tho he obvs is)#all hail coach ben ultimate blorbo jesus on the cross king of kings
