On paper I’d agree anon but I like my characters like I like my coffee: pressed and crushed and ground and burned and roasted until they’re bitter,
#as a slightly more serious answer#c!Tubbo has never been very good with loss#Tommy’s death is a good example#when he died Tubbo almost immidiatly began investigating to try to distract himself#which is very compelling from a character standpoint#he through himself into work to avoid his grief#that didn’t really happen with Ranboos death#there was the saving micheal steam which I guess counted#but that was very shortlived and followed by almost complete radio silence until the aimsey thing which#is it’s own can of worms#and besides that c!Tubbo#has just kind of been stale#stewing#c!Tubbo has never been one much to stew#he’s more of a sear or a pan fry#(I need to stop with the food metaphors)#all that to say that c!clingy teaming up after ranboo’s death makes so much more sense in canon than#than the c!fireworks duo reconciliation did#and (in my opinion) would have been a lot more entertaining#sorry for the long rant#asks#dream smp analysis
