I literally can't NOT pick at my face if I look at it any closer than a fucking yard away. At this point I need to just cover all the mirrors in my house ffs.
#woof woof#dermatillomania suxxx#all the acne from T is just making it all the harder to resist#i try to manage it by keeping my parameters to like just white/black heads that are ready to pop#but frequently ill end up picking at anything that's slightly raised that looks like i can get discharge from#but just now i was literally going after pores that looked a little too big 😭#all the while yelling in my head how i have to stop stop stop#but did i?#NOPE#fml#dermatillomania#skin picking#my adhd doesn't help with my draw towards things that require fine hand manipulation & dexterity#ya know like embroidery video games drawing leather crafting a bunch of other crafts and SKIN PICKING#anyway i have to work in the morning so good night ✌️
