had a nostalgic impulse and spent a couple days reading fma fic like it was 2005 and damn, there is so much more of that now than there was when it was, in fact, 2005
#all the archives i used to haunt are defunct which is sad but also ao3 exists now#so the sadness of not being able to revisit many old faves is outweighed by the joy of being able to very easily find many more new faves
