CASE 4: This patient did not want any kind of metal in the mouth. She had good quality and quantity of bone to have multiple CeraRoot implants placed in the mouth. The latest panoramic xray (7 years post surgery) shows stability of bone around the implants. The hygiene of the patient is not really good, but enough to maintain the implants healthy. If this patient was a smoker, the bone levels around the implants and the health of the gum would not be the same.

CASE 1: The upper teeth were removed and the implants were placed on the same day. A fixed temporary bridge was placed on the upper implants on the second day after surgery. After 2 months, all the teeth on the lower arch were extracted and several implants placed. A fixed temporary bridge was cemented on the lower teeth. After 5 months, several adjustments were done to correct the deep bite and deliver a stable occlusion. The patient had several apical infections in many of the teeth, most teeth had metal posts inside the roots. The patient was happy to have all the metals from her mouth removed.
