CASE 8: This patient suffered a genetic modification that produced a dental condition called amelogenesis imperfecta. The patient was very sensitive to the elements found in titanium alloys. This patient had been waiting many years to have a fixed restoration without metals. So the CeraRoot ceramic implants became a very good alternative. This patient has been monitored for more than 8 years without any problem. The gums are healthy and the bone around implants is stable. This case was published at the European Journal of Esthetic Dentistry.

CASE 7: The upper right lateral incisor was left for several months to hold a temporary bridge. The temporary bridge was only cemented on natural teeth and not on the implants. After several months of healing, when the implants were osseointegrated, a fixed temporary bridge was cemented on top of the implants and the upper right lateral incisor was extracted. When the gums were stable, the final zirconia bridge was cemented on top of three implants. From the upper left central, to the first molar area, a 7 unit bridge was cemented on three implants. On the second quadrant, all was finished with individual crowns. A CeraRoot 21 of 12mm was used on the upper left central, a CeraRoot 34L of 12mm was used on the upper right canine and a CeraRoot 34 of 10mm was used on the upper right first molar area.

CASE 6: This patient had multiple lesions on the upper left teeth. After 3.5 year we can see more health on the upper left quadrant compared to the upper right natural teeth. It was a complex case to start with, but it turned out nice and the patient is very satisfied. The patient has strong para-function habits and this means there is a very high force applied to the implants, but they are doing really well.

CASE 4: This patient did not want any kind of metal in the mouth. She had good quality and quantity of bone to have multiple CeraRoot implants placed in the mouth. The latest panoramic xray (7 years post surgery) shows stability of bone around the implants. The hygiene of the patient is not really good, but enough to maintain the implants healthy. If this patient was a smoker, the bone levels around the implants and the health of the gum would not be the same.
