Me standing in the pouring rain this morning trying to get a “First Day of School” pic of the boys. . I am currently more relaxed than I have been in a literal year. I’m going to take a shower with no one interrupting me. I’m going to use the toilet without ignoring the screams of “MOMMMA I NEEEED YOU” from another room. For the first time in a year, my kids are at school. . They needed it. I needed it. With teachers vaccinated and my parents vaccinated we could go back 2 days a week safely. . After 373 days. PreK for our kids is in session. . For everyone still waiting to safely return to school, hang in there. . For everyone who had to choose sending their kids back already. You did what’s best for your family. . For the homeschooling families who already were pros, Thank you for sharing all your knowledge. .
