ouuohggh I fell asleep before I could finish getting ready for bed, then woke up after 3 hours, and now I need to finish our bedtime routine but I really want to clean our room but also if I have to stand up I feel like I'll be sick

#personal #thoughts #🍬 post #emetophobia trigger warning #I have a really bad migraine and my entire body hurts but I keep getting stressed about our room being messy #because it turns out that causes like a weird background stress? but it took a few months to figure out that was happening #I'll just be sat there like ''why do I so weird and tense'' and then I take the recycling pile downstairs and immediately feel better #(the recycling pile is basically a load of recycleable stuff that accumulates under a chair next to our bed every few days)#(it's spilled out from under the chair because we fucked up our routine and didn't take it downstairs when we got showered on Tuesday)#also I'm really sleepy and my brain is really foggy holy shit #vent post
