I genuinely cannot express in any capacity just how much anybody appreciating or even just showing an interest in Lulubelle means to me. I’ve had this streak since I was young of having an original character that I cling to relentlessly - think about, muse about, dream about, put a whole lot of heart and time into, making them so unbelievably real to me. They’re very special to me, even if they’re not completely based in original context. That is what she is to me, right now - the thing that I latch onto for comfort when things become unbearable. I love Lulubelle to death, even more so than the ones that have come and gone before her. I don’t think I’ve ever been as attached to a character as I am to her. And maybe that seems strange, or silly, or excessive, or whatever have you - but it’s true. So of course when people tell me they love her or her concept or my silly little tidbits and ideas for her, that tells me that they also appreciate me and my work and my love and all the other little things that go into her that I put there. Again, there is nothing in this world that could convey the sentiment that holds to me.

AND OF COURSE her and Smoker are just THE BEST. I know I get told otherwise all the time and you are just so friendly and kind but I SWEAR, if it wasn’t for my brain and anxiety nagging me about bothering surely busy people with my over-excitement and hyperfixation, I would be yelling in your DMs about them and Jinji and you every single day. Really, I would be. There are so many things I want to write down regarding Lulubelle’s involvement with the Marines and exploring the possibility that maybe, if things didn’t start off so horribly, she could’ve remained in them or could even GO BACK and actually be one... Issho as Fleet Admiral and Lulubelle and Smoker as Vice Admirals when??? I am absolutely VIBRATING at the sheer number of ideas I have for her ( and them ). It’s such a goldmine of character development. Also still thinking about that post you made regarding Smoker Pirate AU and anyway Lulu crew invitation when?

WHITEBOARD... never forget. That Croco interaction was SO good, I’ve still not gotten over it. There were so many interesting little things to talk about regarding that interaction and I am going to explode thinking about it again.
