Saw this tag last night and thought it was pretty cool, but was passing out from exhaustion from the vaccine so I couldn’t do it.

1. No Ordinary Love [BTS, yoonmin - Still in the works, but I wanted to add it because I really like the Prologue]

When I entered the club that night… I wasn't expecting anything to happen beyond a casual conversation and perhaps sharing a few drinks.

I knew very well how delicate the situation stood between us after a disastrous breakup years ago, followed by a bittersweet reunion that ended anything but friendly.

No, I wasn't there to beg nor did I want him to take me back. Jiminie had his life and I had mine.

All I wanted was someone to talk to… and he was there for me.

Can you blame me for that?

"So obviously I’m here to treat your wounds… just like I always do." He added in a smaller voice, more to himself than to Jeongguk.

It was 4:00 AM, but they hadn't gone inside when they said they would half an hour ago.

Or rather they had meant to.

But the minute that their hands were clasped so tight, like they never wanted to let go, and their eyes met in a whirlwind of emotions, shy smiles and embarrassed laughter. That moment was the first time where the world stopped spinning for them.

Even with all the happiness and beautiful memories being created around him, there was still sadness lingering in his heart. But he wouldn’t let it show, not yet, not here.

“Jimin-ssi, keep your defense up!!” Jungkook barked out without breaking his stance as he watched the other male stumble backwards on to the snowy ground with a loud thud.

Taehyung watched from the side, leaning against the wall next to the glass sliding doors to their apartment. Worry etched on to his features behind the large scarf half covering his face to protect him from the cold weather. It’s not the first time he’s come to watch his two lovers spar, but as to why the two insist on doing it at such an early hour in the morning where it’s the coldest its beyond him.

13. UNSTEADY (Prequel to All or Nothing) [BTS, jikook; canon]

I watched him lie through his teeth again today during practice. But it wasn’t just today, there had been many other times where I had watched Jimin do the same; skipping meals, sleepless nights, and when nothing else worked he’d wear himself out with excessive practice hours in the studio by himself.

But I’m not blind, I know it’s on me… yet he still insists on taking the fall by himself for what happened that day.

Taehyung was the first to stir awake that morning with a long groan. His lashes fluttered weakly against his cheek as he tried to fight off both sleep and nausea from his system.

When I was four my mother used to tell me stories about Soulmates and how they were always bound to find each other no matter what. Because they were destined to be.

Born and made for each other.

No distance was too far, no language became a barrier, no obstacle too high or low to overcome. No hardship was too much to bare. Because soulmates were two halves of the same soul who's primary purpose was to find their way back to one another and therefore spoke their own language in their hearts.

17. Private Show [BTS, jikook; canon]

“You’re late.” A voice scolded from somewhere in the still dark room.

His hand immediately left the doorknob to reach for the light switch, revealing a figure leaning on the farthest wall, against the mirrors. His pink hair hidden by a cap worn low which also hid his face, a jean jacket over a black buttoned up shirt, dark ripped jeans and boots.

It felt strange to be back home after being away for so long while filming the second season of Bon Voyage, and with a new comeback sometime in September, the schedules were sure to be tight for the rest of the year. So everyone at the dorm tried to make the most of it by getting organized and rest.

Repeated patterns I may have noticed? Hmm... that I usually start the opening scenes with someone walking into a room (usually angry and throwing shit LOL), or describing sounds/smells/feelings.

They’ll have you on edge. They’ll have you hooked. They’ll have you going through a rollercoaster of emotions. This one particular will have you hurt one minute, cheering the next then biting your nails waiting for the next chapter lol! Their balance with love, drama, action and everything else is extremely good. 

What I Never Knew I Always Wanted by  Ninjava 

Jimin knew he was weak for big brown eyes, nose scrunches, and adorable smiles. He was just under the impression he only had to worry about the eyes, nose, and smiles of his five year old daughter--not her piano teacher.

Ships: Jikook Commentary: I honestly was NOT expecting this fic to be this good. Now I’m hooked waiting impatiently for the next chapter. Soft cute Jungkook? Military slightly tsundere Jimin with a soft side?? EVEN CUTER, ADORABLE DAUGHTER? AhhhhhhhHHhHHhh! There’s no rushing. No immediately together after the first chapter. Is that a spoiler? woops lmfao.  It’s well paced and very well written. I can’t get over Military Jimin though wow.

Detective Jeon Jungkook finally made it off the desk job to his first case. Of course it was a hopeless one, taking down the black fox clan. But with the help of a new lead in the form of a very georgous blonde man sitting in interrogation room 3, he might just crack this case.

"Are you a good person detective?", Jimin asked out of nowhere. "Depends on who you ask", Jungkook let out a fake laugh. "Same goes for me", the blonde said.

Ships: jikook Commentary: JFKHKJFHKDHGF Criminal Jimin is the biggest little shit in this one LOL. There’s so many questions though that will have you paranoid and anxious for the updates. All I got to say about Jungkook is...OH NO BABY WHAT IS YOU DOIING?? This author also has a trailer for this fanfic and it’s EXTREMELY GOOD. it’s HERE

Grumpy, apparently angry with the world and cute, Park Jimin is a puzzle, one that Namjoon suddenly decides he wants to desperately solve.

Things at the hostel Jimin’s uncle owns are simple. Jimin does as he’s told and he gets to stay. Or, it should be simple. If Jimin could get around like a normal person, help like a normal person, then maybe doing what he was told would only entail the simplicity of housework and chores. But Jimin’s been incapable of walking since the accident that killed his parents. Simple things like housework and chores aren’t really something he’s capable of. So maybe his stepfather had a different way Jimin could help bring in revenue. As another man he doesn’t know opens Jimin’s useless legs he lets his mind drift away, wondering how far he could be by now if he could just run away. 

Ships: Yoonmin and side Namjin  Commentary: ah my heart bleeds for Jimin in this one but it’s so good. Yoongi is such a cutie too. Makes me want to cry and sing serendipity.  That’s it! A/N: So there was a thunderstorm outside today and it inspired me to write this.

Also, yes, I have noticed that none of my fics so far have featured Yoongi as one of the main characters. Which...I don’t know how that happened because he’s one of my biases. I have quite a few stories in the works with him in it, but I haven’t gotten around to finishing them yet. Anyway, here’s a little drabble with Yoongi in it (finally).

A crack of thunder caused Jimin to startle awake. He gasped in a deep breath as his eyes frantically searched around for the cause of the sound.

It wasn’t long until a flash of lightning lit up the sky outside the window of his bedroom in answer.

He jumped once more and unconsciously reached for Mittens, his kitten plushie, that was next to his pillow. Jimin held the stuffie close to his chest with shaking hands.

Jimin tried pulling his comforter over his head to block out the noise and the flashes of light as they continued, but it didn’t help all that much as he only felt suffocated under the blanket.

He tried so hard to fight it, tried so hard to keep his little side at bay, but when a rather loud rumble of thunder seemed to shake the whole room, he couldn’t fight it anymore.

“DADDY!” he screamed at the top of his lungs, “DADDY!”

It was only a few moments later that his bedroom door swung open and Yoongi stumbled into the room. It was obvious by the bags under his too-wide eyes and the ruffled mess of his hair that he had been awoken by the younger’s screaming.

Yoongi took in the scene before him with a racing heart.

Jimin was sitting up in his bed, against the headboard, comforter bunched up in his arms and Mittens held tightly in his clutches. His teary eyes were so wide the rapper momentarily worried that they would fall out of his head, and the younger was trembling something fierce.

“Oh, baby,” he exhaled, relieved when he didn’t see any visible injuries on the little. He looked around then, trying to figure out what was causing Jimin such distress, and he only then noticed the storm brewing outside the window. Yoongi must have been in such a deep sleep that he hadn’t heard it. “Is it the storm, puppy?”

The little’s bottom lip quivered and the tears began spilling down his cheeks as he nodded.

“Oh, baby,” Yoongi murmured again, shutting the door behind him softly and making his way over to the terrified little.

As soon as he was close enough, Jimin threw the blankets off of himself but kept his kitten plushie in his hands as he tossed himself at the older.

Yoongi grunted a bit but caught him easily, immediately circling his arms around his baby in a comforting embrace. He heard the younger whimper as another roll of thunder sounded around them, his wet face digging harshly into the crook of his hyung’s neck.

“It’s okay, Minnie,” Yoongi cooed, “Let’s get you changed, alright?”

The older set about finding the coziest pajamas possible, which ended up being a two-piece red and black flannel set. Yoongi slipped a blue pacifier between the younger’s lips, who took to suckling on it contently, though whines still escaped him at the very evident sounds of the storm.

After slipping Jimin into a diaper (Yoongi thanked whoever was out there that the younger hadn’t had an accident earlier) the older maneuvered him into the soft, warm pajamas.

By that time, Jimin was becoming impatient and reached out with grabby hands towards his hyung with a dejected whine.

Yoongi shushed him softly and climbed into the bed after he put the diaper bag away, immediately cuddling the little close to him. He laid them both on their sides and pulled the comforter over them. Mittens the calico cat was trapped between their bodies as the younger refused to let go of her, but the older didn’t mind in the slightest.

As Jimin curled his body around him like a koala, Yoongi gave him multiple kisses all over his face. “Daddy’s got you,” he reassured.

“T-Thunder’s scary, Daddy,” Jimin whined from behind his sparkly blue pacifier, “Minnie don’t like it.”

“I know you don’t, puppy.”

The storm outside was rather loud, even for Yoongi. He couldn’t help but jump a little bit every time a crack of thunder resonated through the room. The lightning was easier to deal with, as Yoongi simply turned on the bedside lamp to absorb most of the bright flashes of light.

Jimin kept whimpering at every loud boom of thunder and digging his head into the older’s neck, and the rain pounding down harshly and sounding like a hurricane didn’t help. Yoongi knew the little needed sleep and Jimin would be too uncomfortable with headphones to do so, as he was a light sleeper, so he couldn’t play music as some did.

Desperate to distract the younger from the noise, Yoongi pulled him close to his chest and began humming out a familiar tune.

Jimin’s eyes opened wide, this time in curiosity instead of fear, and he glanced up at his hyung. Yoongi was blushing something fierce but he continued to hum the melody of Promise.

It wasn’t enough it seemed, as the booming thunder outside the window was just too overwhelming.

So Yoongi took in a deep breath and began to sing the song, loud enough that it covered the loud noises.

So you won’t hurt anymore, so you can smile more

I’ll be honest with you tonight

The key the song was originally in was rather high so Yoongi had to lower it in order to sing in a key more fitting for his low voice.

You’re only drifting further away like this

That’s not what I really think

Jimin, even in his little headspace, knew how much it took for the older to sing for him like that. Being constantly surrounded by four amazing singers (Jungkook, Taehyung, Jin, and Jimin) and two decent singers (Hoseok and Namjoon) Yoongi was always a little embarrassed about his own voice. He didn’t often indulge anyone with his deep, raspy singing voice, but Jimin treasured it whenever he had the privilege of hearing it.

Now, Little Jimin was gazing up at the older like he was the most marvelous singer he had ever heard. The younger’s bright chocolate brown eyes still glistened with his previous tears of fear, but they had stopped their relentless flowing.

I want you to be your light, baby

You should be your light

So you won’t hurt anymore, so you can smile more

I want to be your night, baby

You could be your night

I’ll be honest with you tonight

Yoongi wasn’t the greatest singer - his voice cracked and he went off-key a few times, but it still took Jimin’s breath away. Maybe it was the fact that his hyung was singing the song he wrote, or maybe it was the emotion with which the older sang, but Jimin couldn’t help but think that it was beautiful.

Now promise me, oh oh

Several times a day, oh oh

Even if you feel that you are alone, oh oh

Don’t throw yourself away, oh oh

Yoongi’s blush stayed put but faded from tomato red to pink as he went on, finding that running his hand through the younger’s tousled brown hair calmed his nerves greatly.

Thoughts of the raging storm outside long gone, Jimin could only hear his hyung’s voice and feel his gentle touch. He felt so safe, so untouchable, and his eyes started fluttering shut on their own accord.

As the song came to a close, Jimin felt Yoongi move his hand to his own, linking their pinkies together. A gentle smile spread across the little lips beneath the blue pacifier, a content sigh leaving his throat as he let the comfort take over him.

The storm was still seething outside, but Jimin knew it couldn’t hurt him when Yoongi was holding him so protectively and singing so soothingly.

Hold on for a moment

Intertwine our pinkies

And promise me now, oh oh oh oh

The final note ended and Yoongi smiled at the little curled up in his arms, now fully asleep. He pressed a soft kiss to Jimin’s head before he let himself fall into the land of sleep as well.
