once i get the free time i gotta try doing one of those 'no right presses' playthroughs of sonic rush adventure
#i tried running through a few stages a while ago but i was just kinda doing it as a proof of concept#didnt really fully commit to it yknow#also i stopped once i got to coral cave cuz my hands were starting to hurt#i think itd be cool to try doing a full playthrough of the game instead of just running through the stages on a completed save file#but also thatd be absolute hell the boss fights were a real pain#especially since you cant boost in them so you have to rely on spin/air dashes#i cant even begin to imagine how awful the final boss would be to olay through..#also how would the 'overworld' thing and the sailing bits work? thered be a lot to consider..#so again i probably wont do anything like it until i get lots of free time but.. idk itd be an interesting challenge#inquisitivewaltz.txt#oh yeah i dont rely on just the boost in regualr stages. its a combo of all the secondary movement options honestly#mainly boosting and spin/air dashes though. sometimes homing attacks are helpful but they usually just cause a lot of issues
