"the fucking what?" asks lewis, off panel. "the PIS have a program for some vigilantes and villains with useful powers and non violent tendancies. end up being forced into heroism. it's technically a choice, just one between that or prison." replies jade, looking back at lewis over her shoulder, frowning. "do you think that'd happen to you?" "HA!" she laughs. "doubt it. i may be an off-white shade of morally grey, but i'm still a disabled nuisance with a dangerous area of effect power and a real problem with authority." she explains, turned back to lewis. "same problem for you, except you have a better range and a cleaner record. anyway i'll elaborate more after we get iris out of here." end id]

some brief lore. its 1:37am at the time of typing this so i cant remember off top of my head which parts have been mentioned before. the program has been referanced before but not in name i havent given it a name when i was drawing this page the script was like "probably forced into the [name pending] program" and so i didnt pick a name. i think i did mention the Paragon Institute for Superheroism in a bonus bit with the fake brochure, where rami and his team work.
