Do you ever just read a fic that you’ve been recommended and everyone says it’s good but then you get to chapter twenty five and you have to stop because all the characters, including your favorites are wildly OOC, there are a lot of major plot holes and it’s a Hogwarts AU but it doesn’t follow any of the rules HP put down also most of the characters are sorted incorrectly and personalities were drastically changed to fit house stereotypes

#im not gonna name names #but kuroo isnt a fucking gryffindor #iwaizumi? fucking totally but no they put him in slytherin but he was originally a ravenclaw #which what #he could have been a puff #sure but a ravenclaw?#also it relied too heavily on house stereotypes and shitty logic #oikawa was wildly ooc #so was tsukki and tendou and basically everyone else #noya was on point though #also like wtf suga was being bullied and didn’t do anything #oikawa was a fucking wizard racist along with everyone else #tendou was a werewolf but they somehow fucked up how werewolves worked #bokuto became an animagi at like eleven and what the actual fuck #i cant get over the fact that they made kuroo a gryffindor
