did some full body workout for the first time in months and i feel tired and sweaty but more real than I've felt in a long time lmao
#also sad to report my push up rep count has gone down from 11-12 to roughly 4 orz#back at square one but i know i can work my way back up!#i remember the days i couldn't even do one single decent push up orz#never wanna go back to that. i like my muscles and strength. just gotta nurture them a bit more is all#srsly when sleep fails you everything else in your life gets torn apart in the fallout
