ive seen adult eat the "carnivore diet" aka meat and dairy products only and thats whatever. i mean its definitely not good for you but you're an adult so. but i just re-download instagram and saw on the top a post about this lady feeding her kindergarten aged son like that. insanity what

#food ment //#eating disorder mention //#and people were supporting it.. its ok to eat a lot of meat in your meals but this kid needs fruits and vegetables too hes growing #also she was calorie tracking his food and macros on an app just very weird to me. it seems like setting up and ED for your kid by-#restricting so many options. idk. not cool is what im saying #i will say it confuses me how so many people (rightfully) think raw veganism is bad for you but dont see the problem with all meat?#bad extremes on both sides
