slept off the headache and it came back anyway how rude
#also still upset that wendy's forgot one of my nuggets and sauces and fries#practically the whole order smh#i apologize to anyone that has spoken to me within the last 2 hours 💀#pms and pmdd are the worst#now that my meds are actually working being low again feels very bad#it's like i took 1 step forward and went 6 back all because my uterus is a bitch#and i am embarrassed by it#i know i need to be gentler to myself because i can't control it but i really wish my meds would also alleviate the pmdd#it just sucks to be like hey i feel like almost like human again and for that to just boom vanish#ive had this issue for a long time but the contrast is stark now because outside of this i'm doing a lot better#and ig im just afraid that if those glimmers of mental illness begin to show underneath the cracks that everyone will hate me and leave#which ironically is. an irrational thought that is the product of mentsl illness#and ig also just having a very stigmatized disorder i feel like i have to prove the stereotypes wrong otherwise im helping to fuel them#in short i hate my brain and my uterus lol#please ignore this i'm rambling and it's mega cringe#vent
