#i was worried itd be rly difficult to fall asleep like on concerta but it probably took abt the same amt of time it usually does for me#altho it was a little uncomfortable bc i still had a headache and dry sore throat. but i woke up at like 2am and that was gone entirely#i think it helps that i felt rly exhausted once it wore off tbh. i did wake up a few times in the night but again thats normal for me so#getting up at 6:30 on a saturday and actually i dont feel bad at all.... i wanna try to keep consistent w taking it around 7am#even if i eat + take it + immediately go back to bed for another hour lol#but yeah just checked and i got (just under) 7 hours sleep so thank fuck it doesnt mess w it too much !!#who knows how thatll change on a higher dose.. cross that bridge ig#good morning people in my phone 👋#.diaries#ALSO HAD ANOTHER GAYASS DREAM. this is like the 4th one in the last 2 weeks theres no hope for me
