Haven't seen anyone post about this but

Too Lily ABSOLUTELY knows Alto and was sent by him to find his son BUT

Seeing how absolutely TRAUMATISED Rudo is by his very name, she decided to play dumb and/or lie

Because no way would she have gotten out of this in one piece if she DID

Like that split second reaction from some quiet delight to surprised shock/realisation. The fucken, small look up, like she realises this is a reflection of Rudo's experiences from the sphere. And right as the rumbles start/Rudo starts losing control she's realising she can't reason with him out of this state so she's gonna have to lie. Insane story telling by Urana as always.

And You KNOW that she knows because her "friend" really wants to talk to Rudo, even saying to him to yell them hi from her.

She absolutely knows Alto and that choker would've only had the connection to Alto

But ChokerMaker, who is VEEERY LIKELY with the terrorists, likely cut off the call before they could talk.

The first KzhZh was likely that Friend of Too Lily and was trying to connect, but couldn't get through because of interference through the Choker Maker.

And it DEFINITELY gives the impression of when he talks, that he's either with the terrorists or against Rudo meeting up with Too Lily's Friend

Poor Rudo is now in the middle of a gang/terrorist war because of his Deadbeat Dad.

Also WHY is everyone on sphere so fucken hating on Rudo because his dad ALLEGEDLY killed someone. And Regto, why are u so suspicious about giving him his name? Did you frame him? Did you steal his baby boy from him? So many questions.

Okay, so assuming Too Lily picked Rudo on purpose because bing bong, she and Kuro are in cahoots so it would make sense to pick him because they're both trying to find the choker maker.

But I guarantee you she did NOT know Rudo was a sphereite Surebrec, much less his dad being Alto, until he was teleported on stage and was freaking out.

Canis, in his will, stated he had "children", so there's likely more than one family line, Rudo is just from like, probably direct descendent because the only notable ancestor he has is Canis, not a kid of his.

So there's probably more than one Surebrec running around in the abyss. But can you imagine the absolute shock Too Lily had.

She and Kuro get to conspiring because they're FINALLY reaching the information broker. They gotta get this shit in one go. So Too Lily agrees to perform at the Doll Festival and a day prior announces a lottery will be held, to make sure its believable that she and Rudo met by chance.

Too Lily has never seen Rudo, doesn't know how he acts or how he looks like. Kuro gives her just the necessary information so that when she DOES pick the person, it'll absolutely be Rudo. Like possibly "look for the shortest person there with the MOST anima" or smth.

Kuro is telling her that this is Rudo Surebrec who is working as a cleaner. She's like okay, assumes he looks like one of Canis' kids.

Lottery happens, Rudo wins and gets teleported.

And Too Lily IMMEDIATELY clocks him as ALTO'S kid specifically because either:

A) Rudo looks EXACTLY like his old man,

B) Rudo behaving like that on stage is the exact same shit Alto did at one point, down to the incoherent freeze on the stage, cause sphere does NOT have concerts, so they're both lost,

C) Rudo and by extention Alto look ABSOLUTELY NOTHING like the other descendants of Canis' children,

D) ALL OF THE ABOVE.

The whole secret mission went from "Let's get this bread and the choker maker" to "by Jove, that's ALTO'S KID. From the SPHERE. I need to talk to this gremlin."

Alto, what the hell have you been doing in the Abyss??? What have you done??? Why is this the response your spitting image invokes?

I imagine the post festival call is gonna be like

Too Lily: WHY DIDNT YOU TELL ME HE WAS ALTO'S SON???
