you had me in the first half not going to lie. both of the things you just stated are forms of homophobia. denying the osa people oppress gay people is homophobia. bisexuals appropriating terms like butch and femme is also homophobia. so what exactly was your point here? the homophobia in question is indeed homophobia. no one has ever called either of those things a hate crime but there are definitely bi people that have committed hate crimes on gay people. call it a first world problem all you want, it doesn’t change the fact that it’s still a problem driven by disregard and disrespect of gay people which doesn’t exist only in the first world.
