Battle Heart Bear (Gift for @alwaysgrumpier)

So I was talking to my friend, @alwaysgrumpier, and we talked about OC characters. While discussing about That, I asked what oc he had, but he didn't. But he then thought of one: Battle Heart. It was a fun idea, so this what I designed for him:

Abilities: a lot, but primary is the Stare

Home: unknown, maybe near the edges of Care-A-Lot and the Forest of Feelings.

Stream news and update going forward!

Well well well.  It’s hard to believe, but it’s been just about one full year since I hosted my very first Care Bear stream on Kast.  It was February 15, 2020, and we watched the first Care Bears moive. The world was quite different a year ago.  But also, I didn’t imagine that the stream would become what it has.  I honestly just wanted to watch my three favorite Care Bears movies with some other fans because I never was able to before.  I thought maybe we would also watch some episodes. Little did I know that there would be some die hard Care Bear fans that would want to continue coming to the streams every single week for an entire year.  Nor did I know that we would end up watching EVERY single Care Bears movie and episode from EVERY version. So now that we’ve reached this milestone, I feel the need to change some things about how the streams work going forward. First off, from here on out, I’m only going to host the streams every other week.  Don’t get me wrong, I really enjoy the streams and I really like everyone who has been so committed to coming every week.   But it has been a pretty big commitment to do it every single Saturday night.  It hasn’t been as big of a deal with the state the world has been in, but even so, it’s started to feel a little much for me. So there won’t be a stream this Saturday, and from here on out I’ll only have it every other Saturday.  But it will still be the same time. Also, I will still announce the streams (probably on Thursdays like I have been), and I’ll try to post stream reminders on Saturday.   Second, I’ll need some help from my stream crew in figuring out how we’ll do them going forward.  Now that we’ve watched everything at least once, I’m pretty open to any ideas people have (as long as it’s still Care Bears, of course).  However, I want it to be something that everyone who comes can enjoy. So my overall idea is just to let the people in the streams choose what to watch.  I see a few ways we can do this, though I’m very open to other ideas. The first is to let each person “own” each stream.  That means for each stream, one person decides everything that we watch...whatever they want.  The advantage to this idea is that it leaves time for the movies. And then we just rotate each week so everyone gets a turn. The second is a similar idea...but this time, each week everyone gets to pick and equal share of episodes.  So if there are five people, each would get to pick two ten minute episodes to watch. The third is to just do it more openly.  We just see who shows up each week, and people throw out ideas, and we either vote on them, or let it be kind of first come first served, or just kind of do it randomly. And I guess the final idea would be just each week for everyone as a group to watch what we do for the next stream.  This feels harder to organize to me, though, since we have to get everyone to agree and I don’t want people feeling left out or like they’re not being heard. The New Year is here, so let’s give a big cheer! 

Happy New Year, everybody! That’s right, 2020 is officially coming to a close and 2021 is just around the corner! So, it’s time to say a huge fairwell to my wallpapers for December 2020! 

I had a FANTASTIC Christmas this year, I got a bunch of brand new toys, plushies and even two new Wander T-Shirts along with Wander’s smiling face on a mask. That was my greatest gift ever this year! 

These wallpapers surly were a blast to have during the hoilday season, especially Past! I loved using him for my home screen because of my love for DuckTales Last Christmas episode! I hope the Season 3 finale gives us something spectacular for everyone! 

2020 was agreat year for me on Tumblr. I got to meet my RP buddies, Wanderer of the Universe-Blog and Gaelic-The-Wandering-Fox and I made friends with fellow CB lovers like CareBearBro and AlwaysGrumpier. Also, I even got to share my stories, artwork, fanart and new episodes of Throwback Thrusday and Throwback Friday with all of you guys. I’m actually surprised that my blog brightens up everyone’s day! 

But now this year will end today and 2021 will take its rightful place! So what are we waiting for, LET’S GET THE NEW YEAR STARTED!!!!!

Next Stream:  Jordan-star week!

For our next stream, @jordan-star will be choosing what we watch! Even though I’ve known jordan-star for about a year and half here on tumblr, I’m not sure exactly what his tastes are.  He seems to kind of like everything.  So I really don’t know what he’ll choose...it’ll be a surprise!  I do remember he sent me a gif request about Proud Heart, though, so it’s possible we might see her pop up somewhere! Due to my schedule, I have to change the stream date to Friday, April 2, which is tomorrow.  Time will still be 8 PM EST.
