I'm glad I will be spending all day in the field tomorrow so i can't look at tumblr at all after the Rings of Power season 2 trailer comes out
#am i really going to have to crack down on currating my own tumblr experience to avoid rop negativity until i've watched the new season?#maybe so#i just want to be able to indulgently enjoy the show without being critical the first time through at least#let me love the silly costumes and characters#see i didn't have to worry about this last time because i wasn't on tumblr yet when i finally got around to watching s1#and i was hardly even a lotr fan yet either#i definitely thought celebrimbor was the guy who married galadriel#(to be far celeborn is similar to celebrimbor)#i didn't even know what sauron was so of course i fell for the show's little trick of letting someone suggest adar was sauron#please i just want to keep enjoying it#rings of power#grimwing gripes
