În noiembrie 2024, brandul Starbucks, operat în România de AmRest a cooperat cu organizația Plantăm Fapte Bune, dedicată protejării mediului și extinderii suprafețelor împădurite din România.

Campania, desfășurată sub motto-ul „Luptăm împreună pentru mai puține deșeuri, un mediu mai curat”, a inclus inițiative menite să reducă impactul asupra mediului și să promoveze sustenabilitatea.

Fiecare alegere contează. Împreună, facem loc pentru o lume mai verde.

Starbucks România se implică activ în comunitățile locale și investește în acțiuni de voluntariat dedicate reîmpăduririi.

Astfel, brandul donează 0,14 RON (net) pentru fiecare pahar de unică folosință utilizat, contribuind direct la plantarea și îngrijirea de noi copaci în România.

Starbucks deschide prima cafenea din Arad

Starbucks, cel mai mare lanț de cafenele din lume, anunță deschiderea primului Starbucks din Arad, în AFI Arad, primul mall din oraş. Compania marchează astfel o deschidere importantă după o prezență de peste şaisprezece ani pe piața autohtonă și o continuă expansiune a rețelei sale în România. Operatorul cafenelelor Starbucks în România este AmRest Coffee.

Odată cu această deschidere, Starbucks marchează 56 de cafenele în ţara noastră şi îşi întăreşte prezenţa în vestul ţării. Noua cafenea din Arad are 180 m2 ,64 de locuri capacitate şi o terasă exterioară spaţioasă. (Mia piccola digressione si so benissimo di essere in ritardo di un bel pò di mesi e che la serie è finita da un pezzo ma quando scrissi quest'accozzaglia di pensieri non era mia intenzione assoluta pubblicarli, per essere precisi nemmeno utilizzare tumblr era nei miei pensieri, era solo un modo per tirare fuori dalla testa questa serie ma nulla è cambiato da quel lontano 24 dicembre 2021, mi ritrovo ancora a pensare a questa piccola perla rara. Così eccoci qua e se ci sarà qualcuno che leggerà Grazie e Buona lettura.)

Dickinson è una serie come poche, capace di tenere lo spettatore incollato allo schermo con la sua sagace ironia e la sua umana drammaticità/(semplicità). Del resto cosa c’è di più umano di ripercorrere la vita di una persona.

Emily Dickinson forse ai più, prima della serie, era una persona sconosciuta oppure solamente la poetessa triste di Amrest, la donna che per buona parte della sua vita si era chiusa in casa, o meglio nella sua camera da letto, e come molti sostengono da lì osservava il mondo senza mai farne parte.

Ma Chi fosse la vera Emily Dickinson nessuno lo sa e nessuno lo saprà mai e a noi ci è dato solo sapere ciò che è sopravvissuto al tempo e alla censura.

La serie ci restituisce la visione di una donna con il sogno di voler diventare una poetessa, che ama follemente la sua migliore amica e poi cognata Susan Gilbert, che vive la vita e vi partecipa per ciò che il secolo in cui è nata le permette. Ci mostra una Emily lontana nel tempo ma al tempo stesso molto vicina a noi.

La serie unisce con una semplicità disarmante la classicità e l’arretratezza della società del 1800 con un linguaggio moderno, sia attraverso i dialoghi che attraverso le musiche.

Questa serie si trova ad essere un dialogo costante tra il passato e il nostro presente, un viaggio costante sul filo del tempo che ci mostra una società, che pensiamo, lontana dalla nostra ma che in alcuno momenti rispecchia appieno i tempi moderni. Ci mostra quel confine labile su cui oscilliamo, avanti e indietro, sul chi eravamo chi siamo e soprattutto chi potremmo essere.

Questa serie è riuscita a catturarmi come non capitava da tanto.

La giusta ironia, la giusta sensibilità, ogni episodio ti coinvolge con la sua unicità e profondità.

Mi ha fatto piangere, mi ha sorpreso e mi ha fatto ridere.

Mi ha dato così tanto in così relativamente poco tempo.

Conoscere questo personaggio, realmente esistito, sotto una chiave di lettura moderna, mi ha avvicinato alle sue parole e mi ha spinto a comprenderle ancora più affondo.

La genialità Della serie gioca, su questo, sulle parole iconiche, emozionanti e potenti della Dickinson che ti trasmettono tutto.

Conoscere Emily Dickinson è stato come morire ma allo stesso tempo vivere, essere senza speranza e allo stesso tempo averla, avere paura ma imparare a combatterla.

ciò che rimane scolpito nella mente dello spettatore è l’immenso talento attoriale di tutto il cast della serie, su tutti il talento immenso di Hailee Steinfeld. 

Ed alla fine al centro della scena a rimanere, come è giusto che sia, sono le parole eterne delle poesie della Dickinson ed è questo ciò che conta.
