Hey! I was just wondering at what point in the game do you unlock the paths?

You can at any point put down custom designs as paths like you could in ancl. However, if you want to be able to terraform and use the game’s fancy paths you’ll have to finish the “story mode” by getting a three start rating on your island and having K.K. Slider to preform a concert.
