Not me getting wagamamas, then going through the allergen process only to find that I technically qualify for a purple board
#ngl i sometimes dont mention my allergies on purpose#bc like i know i cant have edamame beans or tofu or miso#and im fine with soy suace bc Fermentation#and i stay clear of my allergens#but its nice to know I'll be a purple board#i feel special#a special nuisance#disclaimer: I'm a chef and i care about my customers to religiously use my work equivalent of a purple board#and i am fully aware that not having much care is a bit hypocritical#personal
