i dont get the ppl who hate 2nd person perspective. every time ive read a book in 2nd person or with 2nd person chapters, theyve fucking slapped
#the underneath and 30 names of night both come to mind#in the underneath its the book like. serving as a nature guide. its getting YOU into the world and yet while it’s calm. somethings wrong#they’re constantly warning you. dont go into the sabine. dont go near gar face’s path. do not look into that cotton mouth#it sucks you in to the book and then it stops to say ‘’watch out’’#and in 30 names nadir uses ‘’you’’ in the narration to refer to his dead mother. the audience takes on her eyes
