trigger's choices just baffle me. there is an 11 second zoom out focusing on izutsumi for this entire exchange from the manga i screenshot, but they cut her internal monologue showing her thoughts about the group.

anime izutsumi's face is, once again, flat and unexpressive, we dont know what she' thinking until she makes this face, so we assume s he's dreading monsters (like the normal person would react) but izutsumi never has this type of attitude. her role in the oneshot was being the straight man, while in the main manga she just has that loner vibe, she doesn't want to participate and constantly considers leaving them, but anime izutsumi here has more of a vibe of being a sad hostage or something with these monster eating weirdos.
