Part 1

ーIn the meeting room.ー

Ryuji: ‘…..…..’

(Ryuji-kun somehow doesn’t look well….. Maybe he’s exhausted, because the schedule was packed these days?)

Ryuji (sighs): ‘….. Haa.’

Tsubasa: ‘Uhm, are you fine?’

Ryuji: ‘….. Yeah. I’m just a bit sleep-deprived. Work has been going until late, so we’ve been coming home at midnight recently. My mind and body are so agitated after the recording, that I can’t really fall asleep.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘That sounds hard…..’ 

Ryuji: ‘Well, when we are finished, we can go home. But the staff has to work until even later, so I won’t complain.’ 

Tomohisa (smiles): ‘And besides, it makes us happy when it’s busy.’ 

Ryuji (smiles): ‘Now that you mention it, I heard some unusual work came in.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Ah, yes! An offer to appear at the Flower Garden opening ceremony came in.’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Does it include singing?’

Tsubasa: ‘Yes, it does.’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Hee, how nice. To be able to sing at something like the Flower Garden sounds romantic.’ 

Ryuji: ‘Hmm…..’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Oh, Ryuji doesn’t seem to be attracted to it?’

(Ryuji-kun is back in a bad mood again…..?)

Tsubasa: ‘Is something wrong?’

Ryuji: ‘….. Not really.’

(Th-The air’s heavy…..!)

Yuta comes closer.

Yuta: ‘Tsubasa-chan, Tsubasa-chan.’

Tsubasa: ‘?’

Yuta: ‘You know, earlier at the venue we met the big people from the organizing. It was only for a bit, but it looks like he was told something mean.’

Staff: ‘Oh~, it’s you two from KitaKore. Kitakado-kun looks like a prince, so I thought you would certainly be the same type, too….. But you’re a princess, if I had to say so.’ 

Staff: ‘How about trying out women's clothes? It might have some impact? Come on, genderless is in fashion now.’

Tsubasa: ‘How terrible…..’

Yuta: ‘I think the other person didn’t really say it with bad intentions maybe, but…..’ 

Ryuji: ‘Wait, Yuta, what are you telling on me there. Didn’t I say that I didn’t mind it?’

Yuta: ‘But Ryu-chan…..’

Ryuji: ‘That often happens. If I would take that seriously every time, there would be no end to it.’ 

Yuta: ‘Y-Yeah…..’

(That’s Ryuji-kun for you. Just as I thought, because he’s been doing this work since he was a child his reaction sure is mature.)

Ryuji: ‘…..’

Yuta: ‘…..’

(But, the atmosphere is heavy in the end….. That’s not good before the performance.)

The door opens.

Tomohisa: ‘Ryuji, can I have a minute?’

Ryuji: ‘Tomo. What’s wrong?’

Tomohisa (smiles): ‘What could this be?’

Ryuji: ‘What do you mean, it’s obvious just by looking. It’s a macaron, right?’

Tomohisa: ‘It’s alright, so open your mouth. ….. Here, aaah.’

Ryuji: ‘Aaah…..’

Ryuji: ‘….. Nhhn!’

Ryuji: ‘That’s!’

Tomohisa: ‘Fufu, did you figure it out? A macaron from “him” whom Ryuji loves so much. I asked the people at the venue for this favour.’

Ryuji: ‘To think I’d be able to eat it here…..!’

Ryuji: ‘Could it be that he’s here at the venue?’

Tomohisa: ‘No, it’s a shame, but this time it’s only the sweets. But he said that he’s looking forward to the broadcasting of the performance.’

Ryuji: ‘I see.’

Ryuji: ‘Aah, this taste….. It hasn't changed since back then.’

Yuta: ‘Hey, hey, Ryu-chan! Give me one, too!’

Ryuji (laughs): ‘Eh~? What do I do now, hm.’ 

Yuta: ‘Waah, don’t be a bully~~!’

Tsubasa: ‘Fufufu.’

(I’m relieved. The atmosphere around Ryuji-kun instantly brightened.)

Tomohisa: ‘Fufu, in the end Ryuji’s special medicine is sweets.’

ーAfter the end of the ceremony.ー

Tsubasa: ‘Everyone, good work! It was a really wonderful ceremony.’

Tomohisa: ‘Thank you. It’s been a while since we sang outside, so we also enjoyed it.’ 

Ryuji: ‘Yep. I enjoyed that kind of party for the first time in a while.’ 

Tomohisa: ‘And, there was also an unexpected surprise, no?’ 

Ryuji: ‘Yes, yes, definitely! I didn’t think I would be able to eat “that person’s” sweets.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Uhm, “that person”…..? Is he an acquaintance of you two?’ 

Tomohisa: ‘To be honest, yes. The pastry chef, who was in charge of the sweets for the ceremony today, is someone we've been indebted to since we were children.’ 

Ryuji: ‘He’s the pastry chef purveyor to the Kitakado household and on parties or special events his sweets were always part of them.’

Tsubasa: ‘I understand.’ 

Ryuji: ‘Especially his macarons are masterpieces. During our Bambi time we both often asked him to make all kinds of sweets for us.’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Though they were mostly Ryuji’s requests.’

Ryuji: ‘Eh, was it so? Didn’t Tomo also want to eat things like Simmered Taro in Sweetened Soy Sauce* or asked for something different than sweets?’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Ahaha, that might be so. You remembered that well.’

Ryuji: ‘But all of them were delicious.’

Tsubasa: ‘Fufu, you do love him a lot.’

Tomohisa: ‘We will introduce him to Tsubasa next time.’

Tomohisa: ‘Before I forget, would you come to our apartment on our free day?’

Ryuji: ‘That sounds great! Because we were busy these days we weren’t able to visit the store, so we’ll ask him to make us lots of sweets ♪.’ 

Tomohisa: ‘Yeah, we will contact you.’ 

Part 5

ーA few days later. In the evening.ー

(The previous location dragged on, so I arrived later than the promised time unfortunately…..)

The doorbell rings.

Tomohisa: ‘Hello, Tsubasa. Come in.’

Tsubasa: ‘Hello! I am terribly sorry for my lateness.’

Tomohisa: ‘It’s fine. Now, come into the living room.’

Tsubasa: ‘Yes, excuse me for the intrusion.’

Tsubasa: ‘…..?’

(It smells sweet here…..)

Ryuji: ‘Ah, you finally came.’

Tsubasa: ‘I am sorry to have kept you waiting.’

Ryuji (sighs): ‘Really. I was getting tired of waiting.’

Ryuji (smiles): ‘Come on, sit down already!’

Tsubasa: ‘Y-Yes.’

(I wonder what’s wrong, Ryuji-kun is strangely in a good mood…..?)

Tsubasa: ‘Ryuji-kun, did something happen?’

Tomohisa: ‘Fufu, I wonder?’

Ryuji: ‘Tsubasa!’

Tsubasa: ‘Yes.’

Ryuji: ‘Open your mouth! Here, aaahh.’

Tsubasa: ‘Eh!? ….. Nhmm.’

Ryuji: ‘How is it? This cupcake is from the pastry chef’s store we talked about the other day. Delicious, right?’

Tsubasa: ‘Nn….., very delicious!’

Ryuji: ‘I know, right! There are also cookies and madeleines. Eat away.’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Thank you very much. But, why suddenly…..?’

Ryuji: ‘F-For no reason, really. I just bought them, because I was craving some sweets after I ate the ones at the ceremony last time!’

Tomohisa: ‘Oh, that’s weird? What I heard was surely to make them togeーー’

Ryuji (blushes): ‘Wait, Tomo! Don’t say unnecessary things.’

Tsubasa: ‘…..?’

Ryuji: ‘…..They are just a thank you….. for always taking care of all kinds of….. Things for us…..!’

Tsubasa: ‘! Th-Thank you very much…..! That makes me happy.’

Ryuji: ‘Ngh! I mean, Tsubasa might as well also eat them! It's me who wanted to eat them, that’s the main point here!’ 

Tsubasa: ‘Yes! But I am still happy!’

Tomohisa (winks): ‘Fufufu, then shall we have a tea party today?’

* Simmered Taro in Sweetened Soy Sauce (里芋の煮っころがし・さといものにっころがし): This took me some time to find since it’s a specific dish. Ryuji only used 煮っころがし (Sweetened Soy Sauce) actually, but Google gave me videos and images of the Taro version. It sounds a bit strange to me to only use the soy sauce part, so I included the full name of the dish.

My HUMBLE opinion:

I think Tomo really looks like a prince and it's just not with the appearence but he's got certain prince-like vibe when I first watched B Project. Is it just me or you guys can feel that too🤔 In Bambi days, he and Kazu always work together but for some reason, the atmosphere between them kind of akward. The combination between these two (Tomo & Kazu) make your heart go thumping! Thunkkk! As both of them have a same princes vibe.

From my perspective, Ryuji is an actually a tsundere, fashionable and sensible person. I like it when he always tells to Tomo about a common people life style and Tomo is just like "Oh, I'm really surprised we can cook curry with just using curry roux" hahahhahaha, they're good match😂

okay so since it’s izuki’s birthday let’s... analyse his character songs and what they say about him! i’ve been wanting to do this post for awhile, and what better day than today?

(shut up, i am not obsessed)

(okay maybe i’m a little obsessed but i mean LOOK AT HIM)

first up is kitakore which you can listen to here!! kitakore is really just a fun hammy song with tons of puns (literally. every line is a pun. it can feel like a punch to the gut. kitakore!). BUT there are still a couple of impactful lines!

Uzagararete mo yamerarenai (English: Even if I get on your nerves, I can’t stop)

i honestly think that this line attests to izuki being neurodivergent in some way. as the amazing Timb @natureismynature​ expanded on in her fic (which you can read here), izuki’s puns could be a form of verbal stimming that helps calm him down. it’s one of my favourite headcanons that he’s autistic and/or ADHD (the latter being projection, tbh), because yay for neurodivergent characters~

kitakore is sung with a quick tempo and a peppy beat, which adds to the whole relaxed vibe of the song. this is something you could sit and listen to while chilling on the beach, or while scrolling through memes on your phone. it also showcases the VA’s ability to bring out the light edge that’s ever-present in dear izuki’s voice!! nojima’s voice is strong and clear throughout, never faltering as he rattles off pun after pun in time with the music. really perfect for izuki and his love of dajare!

next we have tatta hitotsu no hibi which you can listen to here and. oh. this song really hits you in the meow meow after the playful 2010s boy band sound of kitakore. GOD it just says so much about the kind of person izuki is???

Betsu ni fukan shitai wake ja nai sa / yoyuu mo nai Onaji kurai tomadou kedo / Aah~ (English: It’s not that I want a bird’s-eye view / I don’t have any time to spare But that means I might lose my way in equal measure / Aah~)

izuki’s eyes see too much, sometimes. but if he didn’t have them, he wouldn’t be able to keep up with the rest - even with how much he practices - and that HURTS. 

Hagayusa ha tokidoki / mawari mo makikonde Atarashii chikara wo umidasu (English: There were times I got everyone else caught up in my impatience As I tried to invent new strength in myself)

he’s constantly trying to find something, anything, just to stay on the others’ level. and sometimes he pushes too hard and goes too far but... to him, in the end, all that matters is flying to the top with seirin. he doesn’t want to be a burden - in izuki’s eyes, to be a burden to seirin is the worst imaginable thing.

Itsuka nanimokamo ga omoidebanashi ni natte Natsukashii oretachi ga iru ne Ureshikatta koto bakari ja naku tatte Hoka ni ha kangaerarenai / tatta hitotsu no hibi datta Sou omoeru ki ga suru / ima no zutto mirai de (English: Someday, all of this will be nothing but memories And there we’ll be, fondly reminiscing about them They might not all be happy memories But I can’t imagine them any other way / those irreplaceable days I have a feeling that’s what I’ll think, someday way off in the future)  

this. just... the sheer fucking wisdom of this...??? keep in mind this kid is literally 17. but these lines so highlight the aspects of izuki’s personality that i love most - his unerring resilience and his ability to look towards the future without wanting to be stuck in the past or present - something i struggle a LOT with. izuki’s always got his head raised, never down, and that’s gorgeous.

tatta hitotsu is very different from kitakore in terms of sound, tempo and range. it’s sung at a lower, softer tone, and is much slower. the background music, while itself soothing and beautiful, truly only serves to accentuate the VA’s voice as he guides you through izuki’s character. the song is smooth, and its more sober tone is perfect for the wisdom izuki’s dropping! nojima’s voice is low but firm; he effortlessly dances across every note, stringing together something that’s heartfelt and gorgeous. the lower pitch really brings out what izuki’s like when he gets serious - calm, but firm and unwavering.

last but not least, challenger spirit (the hyuuizu duet), which you can listen to here!! i love this song so much because tbh it reminds me of everything i love about hyuuizu. 

Dual: Oretachi ha chousensha datte / nando demo omoishirou Sonotabi tsuyoku natte kita kara (English: We are the challengers / Let’s never forget that Remembering that fact has helped us grow stronger)

both of them are always pushing each other. they remind each other what it is that they’ve come this far. they have a unique connection, and don’t need to say half the things that others would have to, in order to understand each other!

H: Kuyashisa nara norikoeta / senpai no iji darou I: Shimeshita ijou ni kurai tsuite kureta yo na (English: H: Our regrets? We’ve overcome them / That’s our will as senpai I: They’ve exceeded our expectations and risen to the challenge)

Yume mitaku tookatta yo na Demo naze ka shinjirareta n da Kono chiimu de miru mirai wo Okujou de chikatta mirai wo (English: Dual: Just like a dream, it seemed so distant But somehow, we could believe In the future we see with this team In the future we swore on the roof)

here we see how they both are consistently on the same wavelength. that’s why that final pass happened so perfectly - because it was hyuuga, who izuki had known for so long, loved for so long (read that however you want). because it was hyuuga, and their effortless chemistry made it possible. perhaps i’m overreaching, but... i love them so much.

coming to the song itself - it has a strong beat, but also melodic. like the perfect blend of kitakore and tatta hitotsu! the drum work in the background is truly fantastic. re: the singing, the gentleness within hosoya’s voice jumps out here, whereas nojima dominates the duet. nojima’s voice comes out firmer and stronger, and hosoya is more melodic and goes with the flow. i think their voices blend beautifully - the juxtaposition of izuki’s clear, powerful voice with hyuuga’s gentler, smoother one is just perfect! it also embodies their friendship: though hyuuga seems to be the overpowering presence, they share equal parts, and there are areas where izuki takes charge as seen in this song.

(okay maybe i’m reading too much into it but can you blame me i love them)

Tsuzuru: it wasn’t that much. besides, we still have the bathtub to clean.

Masumi: what a pain. it’s boring without her around.

Sakuya: huh? masumi, you’re not feeling well?

B-PROJECT

I think it's super obvious by now that B-Project (Kodou*Ambitious, Zecchou*Emotion, and Kaikan Everyday ((even tho I don't play it oof))) is....very special to me

But like,, I never gave an exact reason why? I just scream about it in the tags

Well, this is going to be a post about some of the small and big things i absolutely about my 14 idol boys and their super cute A&R!

This is long so uhh have fun reading! 💕

•The characters: they're so unique and individually stick out in their own ways. Goushi and his temper, Momotaro and his mom habits, Mikado and his nerdiness, it goes on.

It's just so great. After you know them a bit you feel yourself get attached (I've seen it happen thrice) and you want to know more about them. The extroverts aren't all the same and they don't have the same habits (i.e. Yuuta is a literal puppy but Haruhi has a social swag that makes him different) Same with the introverts!

They're pretty realistic in some of their reactions as well. Miroku tries to be perfect and it doesn't work bc it's too good so Kento needs to teach him charm. Ryuji is genuinely surprised when Tsubasa shows concern for him and Tomohisa. There's a few examples but they all make the characters more loveable.

The music: you look me dead in the eyes and tell me that NONE–not a single note out of the 50+ songs–of the B-Project songs are even DECENT. I dare you. I will fight you.

The music is just...beyond me. They really know how to hit you in the Zecchou emotions

One song like lonely fangs can hype you up to where you feel like you can climb mountains and well, discover a new world Whereas another song like love☆revolu can make you feel like you're in a romantic getaway and the wind is blowing you in the right path

The seiyuus do a fantabulous job at singing and keeping their character simultaneously too (cough happy ending cough)

Also the songs are just straight up bops like???? please listen to them

When you really give it a chance, it feels like you're a part of their world and you can just jam out

The MC, Tsubasa Sumisora: This one is more aimed towards the anime since she isn't present in the games(?)

I've seen people throw serious shade at Tsubasa for 'getting in the way of their yaoi.' Gonna be real for a good moment:

Shut the fuck up.

If that's all you care about when watching B-Pro then guess what, you ain't getting it. This is about them wanting to make it big. Not getting it on. Go away.

Tsubasa is just an absolute joy and a sweetheart. Not only does she genuinely care for the boys (^see point abt Ryuji being surprised by it), she tries her diddly darn hardest at her job

After Yashamaru leaves she keeps herself together and doesn't let his threats shake her up. she gives it her all to get the boys to the top

Shes also very pretty as well. Her design is simple but she sticks out in her own way to me <3 she can be dramatic at times (more in S1) but I take it as that she was still adjusting to her job

The seiyuus/voice actors:I'll keep this one short. If I could hug these guys I really, really would

They're just the best and I'm so thankful that they make the liveshows happen and give the fans a fun time performing

They really do a superb job voicing the boys and singing the songs. B-Pro wouldn't be possible w/o these guys they're the really MVPs

KnB Stageplay Ignite Zone Finale Live-Viewing Report

I watched the finale via live viewing in my city! For my previous report of when I saw it at the actual theater refer to this post here. I’ll only mention the stuff that’s new/changed etc here

End of Touou match

Aomine couldn’t stop crying. He did his best to hold it in for the Kuroko fist bump scene. Kuroko also was tearing up. 

Everyone in Touou was bawling. For the baton pass scene from Imayoshi, Imayoshi had to pause to get himself together. When he turns away to face us (away from the team) the camera zoomed in on his face where you could see tears streaming down his cheeks (and even snot coming out from his nose). Sakurai and Wakamatsu were sobbing as well.

Momoi goes to find Aomine where he asks her to go shopping with him for new shoes. However, Aomine couldn’t hold back crying anymore and was just full on bawling that Momoi started crying again. 

Aomine: *sniff sniff* .......bashuu (basketball shoes)....*sniff sniff* .....*sniff*.....I wanna buy *sniff* new ones *sniff sniff* Momoi: *teared up* Okay, but why so suddenly? Aomine: *sniff*....*sniff sniff* .......*sniff*.....Iwannapractice *sniff sniff* Momoi: *sniff* okay! But you gotta treat me! *runs off* Aomine: *sniff* ......’kay *sniff

It’s been a gag since the last play where Kuroko always asks for a longer time for the halftime break. (It’s supposed to be just 20 min)

Finale adlib Kagami: So Kuroko, how long of a break do you want today? Kuroko: 20 min Kagami: *appalled* What? You’re really okay with that? Kuroko: Yes. Let’s go Kagami-kun! Kagami: Oh! *runs off stage Kuroko: *follows then stops, then turns to the audience* 1 hour break!! Kagami: *walks back on stage giving him this judging look* Kuroko: ....................Damn it!! (referencing the scene when he’s cursing about being useless in the Touou match) Kagami: *still staring* Kuroko: ...... 20 min break... *dejected*

He went on about how he’s been playing as Kuroko for a long time in the anime, and now this was his third year as Kuroko for the stageplays.

And that the stageplays won’t end yet and announces the fourth installment. No one knows details yet.

For one of them Imayoshi got Touou together and they all did a group bow

For the third or fourth one they all lined up in one line and held hands and bowed together.

Akashi was in the center between Kuroko and Kagami, like dead center, and he looked so nervous like ‘can I even be here in the center’ sort of face lol

Apparently I heard from a friend that Midorima and Takao were fighting over whose hands should be on top of the other

Akashi was always polite and majestic with his bowing but for the last few curtain call bows he lightened up and did a lot of cute waves

For the last curtain call Akashi and Aomine did a bro-hug and bro-shake

Fukui would bow to Kuroko and Kagami (since they’re the last ones to always exit) just before he leaves

Bonus: Apparently Kise’s actor went to see the finale!!!!

Reveal details of the new item (Prism Stone)!

(Prism Stone) lineup as an exchange item in (Photo Coin Exchange) implemented in early November is an important item to awaken (SSR +) to (SSR ++).

Prism stone can be exchanged for 200 pieces of the Photo coin (B coin)  Also, photo coins can be obtained by exchanging with R or more photo at in the (Photo Exchange) corner.

In addition to the prism stone, (appeal stone) (dance stone) (vocal stone) appears as a new item for each attribute.

These newly emerging stones become necessary items when the the second page added in the training tree of SR / SSR.

With Kitakore on official arts it is always kind of very visible that most of time they stand near to each other and all. I mean it’s natural coz they are lovers duet

How do much do I ship it?: Never heard of it/ Notp / Dislike / used to ship / maybe / ship it / aww / otp / IS IT CANON YET?

What non sexual activities do they like to do together?

  Shopping trips! Ryuji loves to look for cute clothes and find idea’s to make stuff and Tomo likes to buy Ryuji things so it usually works out. When they haven’t seen each other in awhile because of work they like to lay on the couch together and just take in the comfort of the other there with them.

  Tomo also likes to help Ryuji in the kitchen when he can since it’s a chance to learn something new!

Who does chores around the house?

  Mostly Ryuji, though Tomo has come a long way from when they first moved in together. Ryuji still gets wary letting him do the laundry though.

Who’s the better cook?

  Ryuji. Tomo’s gotten better but there are still times Ryuji’s been a victim of Tomo putting in too much of certain ingredients X3

Who’s the funniest drunk?

  Ryuji. He likes to be spoiled like Tomo predicted and since Tomo tends to drink water with his alcohol, he doesn’t really get very drunk much to Ryuji’s annoyance.

  When they get older and settled a bit into their new careers, the discussion of adoption does come up every now and then. Until they’ve really decided, they’re pretty happy looking after their friends kids in the meantime~

  First snowfall, you can always find them already outside fooling around together. Even if they have work, they’ll still find a way to go outside and reminisce their childhood memories together.

What do they fight about?

  They don’t really fight often. When they do, sometimes it’s because of Ryuji’s tenancy to keep things inside a lot when he’s troubled and trying to avoid it. Sometimes they get into small quarrels about keeping their relationship a secret since they’re still under contract and stress of it gets to be too much since they can’t always be as open as they want to be.

  probably be neutral about it, not a very big fandom on here. Though looks it up in general on other sites, Ryuji would get flustered, Tomo a little embarrassed but also amused and tease Ryuji a little over it

  Probably Tomo since Ryuji doesn’t watch many movies and tends to fall asleep when he does half the time

  Ryuji at first, then Tomo starts getting better and beats him a lot
