I love to get swept up in researching stuff like ‘best kind of clothes for hiking/ camping’ and then go to try to find some of those clothes to wishlist and be reminded that fat women aren’t allowed to wear things

#so caught up in the euphoria of outdoorsmanning that for a moment I lived in a world where fatphobia doesn't exist #I was also planning on buying Fancy Pretty Underwear for my wedding day and ended up just kinda giving up in despair #I wanted to be indulgent and get real silk and wouldn't you know it the answer is pretty much just no :)#fat men are marginally more allowed to live and have things as a general rule BUT (very broadly speaking) have narrower hips #so it cancels out in the search for pants or underwear specifically :')#listen it was 60f and rained for 24 straight hours while we were camping this weekend and I'm in love with my wool socks now #gimme wool undies! gimme wool jammies! can a bitch live PLEASE #and like I happen to have the resources and werewithal to make my own clothes in theory BUT #1) I shouldn't fucking have to that is Not The Point #pants are HARD and also my adhd ass always intends to make clothes and never gets around to it so you know... not entirely pragmatic anyway #about me
