Thinking a lot about how last week my therapist literally said "You did all this work to not want to kill yourself anymore and then the world ends up like this" like girl. I know and it sucks so bad
#it was part of a bigger talk on how I'm coping in general#and also how relative risk assessment is getting hard for us both with covid/hate crimes/mass shootings/etc being deeply polarized#and living as minorites in a heavily right wing community#but like#GIRL I KNOW#i tried so hard to not want to die#only to spend a ton of time fearing for my life and safety
