thank you to my brain for translating my period cramps into an extremely long and stressful dream that I was pregnant and going into labour 🫠 what a restful night

#it was awful like dreams about unwanted/unexpected pregnancy are not rare for me but they don't normally involve contractions!!!#in the dream i somehow knew i was pregnant but just hadn't done anything about it??#so i was crying like i don't want to be a mother i don't want to give birth i've not got anything ready #and meanwhile my boyfriend was at a trampoline park for a work team building exercise and couldn't leave (???)#on the plus side i've never been more glad to wake up and realise i've got my period #talking
