What plan does Olivv have for humanity?

Olivv: All of earth covered by my Serenity. Lull living inside every being's heart, where no violence nor crime could take place. A haven unlike no other, is that not the world many humans are striving for?

On the surface the world Olivv wants to create isn't a bad one, but the way she'd actually create it would be one of pure force and lack of freewill. It wouldn't just be a world without freedom in action, but a lack of freewill in the very way one is able to think. It would be a world without violence, but also without choice. You couldn't have your own opinion on something, not even something as mundane as a favorite color; because people disagreeing about even that would be vile in her eyes. There would be no choices of any kind, you would just have what you are given. This world wouldn't be one of equality either, she'd just use Lull to rid people of the desire to fight for any change.

It would be a world without change, without thought, and without making things better. A stagnation without violence, but without choice. It would be a world where humans are mere dolls she's setting on a shelf to admire rather than individuals coming together to create something better.
