#interviewing for my job tomorrow#because academia is dumb#it’s going to be so awkward#because i know everyone and they know me#and have been working together for two years now#but we can’t acknowledge because Professional Ethics#i already did a version of this interview once#when i went from adjunct to current position#and it’s so much worse now#will just hit my mark#and otherwise treat it like an overly formal annual review#but like why can’t they just give me the job#(i know why)
