does any other writer have this problem where they completely half ass a fic and just publish it because you just don’t wanna think about it anymore and it gets so many comments and interactions?

and then when u spend a lot of time on another fic and are genuinely so happy with it, it’s crickets 😭

#idk but it ALWAYS HAPPENS TO ME #my last yunho fic got so many comments and rb with tags and im like…#y’all actually like that shit?#I wrote it in like an hour and I didn’t really like it that much tbh I feel like my phrasing’s are weird #and then my last minjoong request dude I PUT SO MUCH WORK INTO THAT I WAS SO EXCITED and I didn’t get much feedback on it or notes 😀#I have a similar problem with school essays #apparently when I don’t care and half ass I get a really good grade and get praised for what I wrote by my prof #whereas when I tried really hard this one time I got a bad grade and my prof questioned my placement in his class 🥲#welp #not complaining btw I just think it’s funny how that is #[🎙] v speaks
