actually i refuse to believe dazai was in on the fake vampire plan from the start. the whole "that's a dirty card to play" scene is so weird if that's the case. like who are you putting this charade on for. sigma?? fyodor isn't there to see or hear you say it after all. so. yeah he genuinely thought chuuya came on behalf of fyodor's command imo

#also 101 seemed way too real. why would we see his flashbacks... how could he fake them on a meta level.........#i like the take that he figured out it was all set up but was still worried the plan's gonna go wrong #but i prefer to think he only figured it out later. or that goodbye was him trying to reach vampire chuuya anyway #and then when the elevator thing happened he realized chuuya is conscious and can hear him and follow the plan #that's just my take tho anything goes at this point tbh
