it’s morning time when all of the CRYSTALLIS managers, SEO YEWON, JUNG NAHEE NAHEE, HWANG EUNJO, and MIN SUNGAH, meet with the CRYSTALLIS members before going about with their daily schedules.

AFTER STAGE TEA

“recently it’s been announced that KLAIRS will be opening a new store in SEOUL and as part of a brand event, CRYSTALLIS has been invited to join the event along with participate in a segment that they will be releasing on WISHTREND TV’s youtube channel.” YEWON tells the CRYSTALLIS members with a soft smile on her face.

in ‘after stage tea’, the girls ( GONG HYEJOO, KIM YUJIN, MIN SOYOUN, MOON SOMIN, SEO YURA, YAMASHITA ICHIKA ) will be split up into the following pairs:

KIM YUJIN & MOON SOMIN: part 1

MIN SOYOUN & YAMASHITA ICHIKA: part 2

GONG HYEJOO & SEO YURA: part 3

each of the pairs will be seeing the store for the first time before the public and each member will select FIVE products that they like or would recommend to their fans. at the end of the video, they will be wrapping the gifts and signing them as a giveaway for the lucky ALIZEs. in the middle of the video, the pairs will have a heart to heart conversation about various topics as they try out the special course menu, which mostly consists of different teas and desserts to accompany the drinks. if you want a visual reference of this segment, you can click over HERE.

since the topics would be personalized towards the pair, the main focus of the conversations would be to talk about the most MEMORABLE events since debuting as a CRYSTALLIS member and STRUGGLES that they’ve faced during that time. each event and struggle mentioned must have a keyword associated with it ( eg. getting their first win could have the hashtag “#firstwin” or “#award” ).

the members participating in this segment will be invited to the store opening, which is scheduled to happen sometime around Q4.

ACTING AUDITION / PROJECT AKA ( JAEHWA )

“as for JAEHWA,” YEWON turned to look at JAEHWA, for it was apparent that she had some exciting news to share to the idol. “there’s an acting project that has been sent to us, specifically for you. based on your previous acting gigs, they’re interested in having you play a major part in the drama. however, they do want you to take some classes and audition so they can get a better idea on your acting abilities.”

starting AUGUST-SEPTEMBER, JAEHWA will be asked to attend some of the class sessions in SEOUL ACTION SCHOOL with some of the LGC AGENCY actors. some examples of the classes JAEHWA will be taking during this time are ‘stunt acting for film and tv ( includes motion capture and different fighting styles )’, ‘safety and spotting’, ‘practice and wire stunts’, ‘parkour/free running’, and ‘weapon/gun safety’.

then by the middle of SEPTEMBER, JAEHWA will attend her audition where she will be met with THREE staff members, one of which is casting director, KANG TAEWOO. because JAEHWA was invited to the audition, she will instead do one part of the audition, which is to improvise a fight scene ( both stunts and the dialogue ) with one of the stunt coordinators. the stunt coordinator will play the role of a security guard wanting to take JAEHWA’s briefcase that contains some expensive jewelry and it’s up to JAEHWA to protect the briefcase until she can escape safely.

due to JAEHWA’s preparation for this project and promotions, she will be skipping some of the video calls and fansigns. she will also not be eligible to do NOTORIETY TIERS for Q3 ( AUGUST ) and Q4 ( NOVEMBER ).

YUXI UPDATE

YEWON turned to look at YUXI, “due to your behavior the last time we had our meeting, there will be less gigs for you to attend to, which means that you will be spending more time with SUNGAH. take this time to work on the skills we asked you to work on because even if you say that you’ve been working hard, we still expect more from you.”

since YUXI has met the point requirements for the 200 notoriety reward, that will be sent in the next couple of days. HOWEVER, due to YUXI’s response in the submit along with what was mentioned there previously, YUXI will be partaking in some of the events ( ic and ooc ) but not all. as a heads up, she will STILL not be eligible to be a guest on any of the PERSONAL CHANNELS or LGC CHARMS JAPAN: THE RADIO.

JAEHWA’S BIRTHDAY LIVESTREAM

on JAEHWA’s birthday, there will be a small birthday surprise created by ALIZEs and some of the staff members near the beginning of the fansign. the some of the CRYSTALLIS members will be singing ‘happy birthday’ to JAEHWA as the rest of them carry the cake that was secretly hidden by the managers. then JAEHWA will be given a decorated shoe box filled with fan letters written by some of the fans attending the event ( along with one of the fans asking other ALIZEs online to help write and send some letters to put in the box ).

later on that day, JAEHWA will be given permission to host a 45 minute birthday and Q&A livestream with the fans! since JAEHWA has done the birthday writing requirements last year, she will not get points for writing this event. but for ic reference, this is what was planned for JAEHWA’s birthday.

SUBUNITS

“as for the other girls, we’ll be having two subunit projects available. the first one will be a CO-ED subunit with some of the members of V&A for a song that will be released and performed for this year’s LGC FAMILY CON. for the first subunit, they’ve asked for two girls so the coaches have decided on HYEJOO and SOYOUN for that unit.” YEWON glanced down at her files and then back at the girls. “for the second subunit, it will consist of YUJIN, SOMIN, YURA, and ICHIKA, with YURA assigned as the leader for this specific unit due to her experience of being a member of both CRYSTALLIS CITRINE and CRYSTALLIS ONYX. your project is currently in the works, but if everything goes well, the project will start in Q4.”

like mentioned in the V&A MISSION, the CRYSTALLIS members will know ( ic ) who else they will be working with in the co-ed unit subunit since they will start working and recording on the songs. but more information about the co-ed unit ( ooc ) will be found in the LGC FAMILY CON 2K24 event post while the other unit will be announced in Q4!

NEW DORMS

“and before we head to our schedules, i know some of you are excited to find out about the new dorms. starting tomorrow and the next couple of days, all of you will be packing your belongings and heading to the permanent dorm building. from what i was told, it was two floors, one living room, one big kitchen, four bedrooms, and four bathrooms. now all of you don’t have to worry too much about deciding who gets to use the bathroom unless your fellow roommate takes up all of the space and time!” YEWON joked, knowing how big the group was and the amount of space they needed. “and speaking of roommates, NAHEE and EUNJO had a bit of fun deciding the pairs based on some of the observations they’ve made throughout the HAUSING COMPANY contract.” she looked at the other two managers with a smile on her face.

the final dorm arrangements ( decided by NAHEE and EUNJO ) are as follows:

ROOM A ( 1ST FLOOR ): KIM YUJIN & MIN SOYOUN

ROOM B ( 1ST FLOOR ): AHN JAEHWA & MOON SOMIN

ROOM C ( 2ND FLOOR ): GONG HYEJOO & YAMASHITA ICHIKA

ROOM D ( 2ND FLOOR ): LIU YUXI & SEO YURA

both floors have two bathrooms each, which are located next to the bedrooms. as a reward for CRYSTALLIS finishing their contract with HAUSING COMPANY ( filming/promotion wise ), each of the bedrooms have been designed a bit to reflect the rooms that the members suggested in their pitch ( think something more like the ceilings/walls or lighting, just minor details ). after #menow promotions conclude, YEWON will encourage the girls to do some furniture shopping to help decorate the bathrooms, living room, and kitchen to their liking.

WRITING REQUIREMENTS
