I was on testosterone for a bit and I did subcutaneous injections into my belly fat. I always just went in and got it over and done with as fast as possible. I found it was worse if I hesitated and built it up.

I have to do it in my leg cause i can not get the angle right into my tummy asdfg honestly everything ive read is just 'get it over with' and realistically i know im making it so much worse by hesitating. and yet. and yet.
