Yes I'm doing normally (<- has been freaking out about accepting an offer for a PhD program for the last month and a half)
#i got waitlisted at one place and in at another#and visited the other and then had a freakout moment and wasn't sure if i wanted to go there after all#but had been walking around telling people i wanted to go there for like all of the admitted students weekend#also i had this freakout moment during the admitted students weekend and lowkey just sat in my room for six hours straight#instead of. y'know. going around and talking to people and being normal about it#but yeah then the place that i was waitlisted at accepted me and i think i do want to go there#like it's a good package it's closer to home the professor is really good and it'll set me up better for a career in academia#but idk i feel bad about declining the other one y'know#just because i think i did a bad job of handling it ://// like before this moment#anyways praying that i will be more normal next year because ever since graduation i have been completely insane#i think starting a phd and having a direction and being stuck somewhere for eight years might help though#anyways yeah. doing normal out here#perce rambles
