its not easy being the least qualified most incompetent employee who is always fucking up but someone has to do it 🫡
#and whenever i talk abt it with other ppl theyre like oh your job shouldnt affect ur self worth#but the difference is i work in childcare its kind of a big deal that im not good at it :/#when they hired me for the after school program but decided to put me with toddlers right after. they told me theyd train me#bc i only had experience with grade schoolers. AND THEN THEY DIDNT#ive been here 3.5 months and im finding brand new ways to fuck up things i wasnt even aware of#i need to quit but i cant have any more gaps in my resume#also we're already short staffed but also i feel like having no one is better than having me#but ALSO im going to miss these kids 😭#whatever. i guess all i can do rn is just keep trying to do better even tho it feels like im hopeless#angel.txt
