Like theoretically I support tumblr blaze as a means to help financially compensate this hellscape but the idea of paying for more people I don’t know to give me shit online FOR paying for people I don’t know to give me shit online is a little meh if I’m being honest

#like do I really want to blaze something I’m proud of for people to be like ‘you payed $5 for this’ and worse?#not really!#I would love to blaze any of my fics but I get hate anons just from posting them on my own blog and then getting reblogged by the event #why would I pay $5 for people to tell my my writing is shit or that I’m stupid enough to pay $5 to blaze it #and while nice anons have turned me to the other side of ‘blazing a selfie isn’t selfish and cringe’ the one I did see was filled with-#nasty comments #I would love to blaze even just a positivity post but I’m sure that might draw negative attention that it otherwise isn’t getting right now #and I don’t want to deal with that
