#op#these disks are so hard to rid of dust and hair and for what??#you wipe a little move to the hext bit wipe that look back at the place you first wiped it's covered in dust and hair again!!!#and yknow maybe its the humidity but this shit warps so easily#but ah its that or leave them to rot in the basement forevermore#why couldn't my opa have gotten free cassettes instead 😔#when were cassettes a thing cause he got them like what at least 50s to for sure 70s#pretty damn sure the 70s definitely had cassetes#but maybe.#i forgor what it was he did to get him but there was this dude in charge if a music/maybe just record shop and companies would send like#records 2 the guy for free to ig maybe see if he wanted 2 buy more to sell? honestly cant remember its been years since i was told the story#anyway opa did something for that guy i think and he had a shit ton of record so he just gave em to my opa#hes such a cool guy wish i could have actually gotten to know him
