This is from Fitness Buddy Challenge day 14! With my lovely co-host, @macroadjustment_majeh! Isn't he beautiful? So this day was for a full body training session. Was tough was pretty fun. I really like using Resistance Bands for training purposes. I love working my rotator cuff too, I like the idea of it being stronger and more resilient to injury. At the time of this training session I had 8 days till RTX and I was super stoked!
